J'ai eu une bonne expérience avec le site chic.leysounds.com, j'ai commandé une robe conforme aux photos cependant j'ai pris une taille trop petite donc j'ai procédé à la procédure de retour et dans les 48h qui ont suivi j'ai reçu mon virement de remboursement sans avoir eu besoin de renvoyer la commande ! Et j'ai reçu assez rapidement ma robe, le service après vente était bien 🤷🏻‍♀️

In regards to Leysounds - I ordered an item from them before Eid to wear on Eid, it's been over a month and hasn't turned up. Scammers do not order off them. Also when I click on the order receipt on my email it says order does not exist. Do not order.

I ordered a Set outfit & received in a big box ONLY the Top &when i Email them asking where the trouser is they replied that i only ordered the top which i checked & not True! So please watch this Scammers!

Scammers the items do not look like whats advertised. Material was horrendous and colours different. When i tried to return the items no response had to go through paypal to get my money back. Thankfully i used paypal for payment. Avoid at all costs!

I loved so many of their items but thought it was a scam so to be safe I ordered one two piece set and even put a fake name. It was meant to come in 2-3 weeks time but I got it in 1 week! To my surprise I got exactly what I ordered. I will order again and hopefully get the same experience. I’m still in shock I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work out for others but worked for me. I hope it’s the same site we are talking about which is why I put full address of the site above. When on the site it says Hacoo at the top.

Pésimos. He intentado contactar de todas las maneras posibles y no hay nadie. No recibo ni siquiera el correo de que el pedido esté preparado.
NO COMPREN. Son unos estafadores

I bout a jump suit and a dress absolutely beautiful took a few weeks to arrive, exactly like the pictures

Just don't order , absolutely not what's in the picture at all, look gorgeous on the website then terrible when they come . Also take about 8 weeks to come so avoid at all costs .

Scam took money no goods no response to emails

Bought over a month ago still not arrived taken money and do not answer to emails . Didn’t get any notifications with any order number do not order

I think I have been completely scamed by this fake company. Gut instinct, if it looks too good to be true it is.
No response to several emails. Can't track goods as not recognised. They are laughing all the way to the bank

Orden enviada desde Dec 05 2022. El 19 de dic contestan q solo tienen 1 item de los 3 comprados y q enviaron 1 y me dieron credito de los otros 2. No he visto ni uno ni otro

La prenda que me llegó era de muy mala calidad , no como en el anuncio, la envié por correo para devolución y no he tenido noticias, ya ha pasado mas de un mes.
Tendríamos que unirnos para denunciar a la empresa, es una estafa real.

En el Banco me aconsejaron anular la tarjeta.
No he recibido el producto.
Y no he recuperado el dinero.

Hola, yo hice un pedido con 3 productos y me llegaron 2. Me reembolsaron el dinero, pero cuando preguntana, no me contestaban. Pero sí me llegó.

No compreis. La peor tienda online de ropa. Hice un pedido me decían que no estaba cobrado. Y hoy me ha llegado una ropa que ni pedí y no me contestan los emails. Si llego a leer las opiniones antes no compro. Me han timado 50 euros.

Yo compré tres productos por valor de 90 euros hace 10 días, y no me llegan ni me contestan al mail. Escribí a la instagramer que presta su imagen a los looks REYES TORRES ORMA para ver si los conocía y eran de fiar, y no me ha contestado tampoco.

Cuidado, son estafadores, la ropa es de muy mala calidad y muy grande . Luego cuando tratas de devolver no te contestan y te bloquean en las redes. No tienen dirección física para devolve, solo un correo desde el que ni van contestan . A mi me estafaron 60 euros que he denunciado en la OCU

ESTA PAGINA ES UN FAKE, NO COMPREIS A MI ME HAN ENGAADO Y LOS VOY A DENUNCIAR.

Hice un pedido el 23 de agosto, hacen un reembolso parcial y no dicen el motivo. No compréis, aún no lo he recibido suerte que pague con PayPal.
