Thieves. We have been waiting for our order for almost a year now and we get an email today that they can't ship us the order. They are taking money from people at a low rate and returning it when it doesn't have a value anymore.

Its a big SCAM! Its been more than a year since many of us ordered from them and they still did not update us or deliver any single order nor gave us visibility on their status. They closed their lines and customer service channels and we have no way to reach them. Beware of their fake positive reviews to cover up on their scam. (PS: notice that all their positive reviews originate from GB and are invited!!)

after that libazon are stealing our money, and we bye when the $ is 4000 LBP and every time when we ask them where is our product they told the store is close when the $ is on 18000 LBP and our money is now nothing they make refund be sure all review it's fake

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are FRAUDSTERS. They will steal your money. They stole mine and many people I know. Hundreds of people are saying the same thing.
I ordered from them over a year ago and never received the items I paid for. You ask them and they don't reply to you, or will say they ask "london team" and never get back to you. They don't even know how to speak proper English. Horrible experience.

They dont even deserve the one star becoz guess what they dont deliver ..you can check facebook and the review under their posts..becoz every single gd review you see here is them trying to show a good image..even there is a facebook page to sue them .

That is a very bad company they took my money and they gave me nothing, and they are not responding in any call or sms , even i am going to sue they . Don't ever try to buy any thing from that liers .

We will talk here only facts, I know that no bussiness is going to be prefect, but here is a different case and i will keep it simple, I made my order online on the September 2020, Paid by OMT. End of Story.

This company is a scam. They used the crisis in Lebanon and the inflation of its currency to take our money, and give them back after more than year without the items we bought, when the currency has lost more than 80% of its value. Raja Al Khatib should be jailed.

I waited a lot to receive what I have ordered. But no, they gave me back my money where I lost over %200 due to the financial crisis in Lebanon. I lost my money and the goods..
This company should be stopped once and for all.

This is my honest review after dealing with this company. I have waited patiently for an entire year to receive the ordered goods, but nothing was here. Instead they have given me the money with a huge difference in the rate where I lost %250 of the original price due to Lebanon's financial crisis.
This company should be stopped from scamming other customers.

Liars .. don't buy from this app.

We ordered a product 1 year ago, we contacted them many times and the excuses was that the port in UK was closed because of the lock down same excuse for couple of months, then they didnt answered on msgs and calls anymore, yesterday we received a message from them to infrom us that we can collect our refunded money from OMT... Libazon is a scam and unprofessional company, most probably they used our money to buy fresh dollar from black market the exchange rate was 4000lbp 1 year ago now it's almost 20000lbp.
