SCAM!!! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Filed for bankruptcy and now a lot of ppl are out of money. Including me for over $2300. Try filling a chargeback from bank . Good luck

Do a chargeback on your credit card. Mine was just approved. I purchased the warranty in October 2020 for $2750. Never used it. Submitted charge-back request to my card issuer in December 2021 for failure to provide services paid for. It was approved yesterday. Be sure you can demonstrate that you attempted to contact the vendor to resolve the dispute. Telephone and email. Neither works anymore. Good luck!

Denied every claim. Then got a letter in the mail saying they filed bankruptcy. Business in America... profit from fraud.

As others are saying, they have filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I had purchased a warranty plan upfront and hope they have assets that can be used to pay back the debts that they currently owe. I am sure there are many customers they have outstanding debts with.

Like everyone else, we bought and paid in good faith for the Platinum Plan, never used it once, finally needed it only to find they were no longer in business. If anyone is interested in joining a class action suit, I'm game!

Liberty Bell Auto Protect is in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, US district Court New Jersey. From reviewing their contract, I don't think they had an Underwriter. I recently received a letter notifying me that Liberty Bell Auto Protect(US Auto Administrators LLC) filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. If this company had no insurance, then all of us who bought a warranty will probably get nothing.

No contract info ever sent to me, not a card, nothing to confirm coverage even tho Micharl assured me there was info sent to my email..nothing. Now I get a bankruptcy notice in the mail for Liberty Bell. So I have paid for 7 mos now and noticed they stopped taking payment, but never received any correspondence. I was never able to reach any customer service, it seems there's like 2 people tht always answered the phone and said they would advise their customer service of my requests...hmmm now I'm realizing how weird tht is. All around pretty bad experience with this company...hope to get my money back.

US Auto Administrators, Inc, dba Liberty Bell Auto Protect, has declared Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We poor saps who paid for extended warranties are just small fish in a long line of creditors. Down the road we may get pennies back if we file a claim, but this is probably money down the drain.

Just found out this company went out of business (10-27-21) and stolen my money. Speaking with my attorney about my options. Also check with your bank if you paid with a debit or credit card

These people stole my money! I was told they are now operating under a new shell company. This is terrible! I lost $2,200. I paid with a debit card and my bank says there might be a chance that they can’t get my money back . I should have used a credit card ! This is awful

What to do If: you paid your premium with a credit card, and now you want to cancelled your coverage but can't get ahold of Liberty Bell Auto Protect. Do this: Call the card company you paid your premium with and let them know what you are having problems with. They have ways of getting back your prorated amount.

Website is not working and I get sent to voicemail. This company was on the top of Google search . How could company not be verified if they were legit?

Complete SCAM! I've tried calling and was sent to voicemail repeatedly. Now, their website is inactive. I've contacted my CC company.

This company is a SCAM!!!! Took $2000 of our money and ran with it!, There is no extended warranty for anyone that has a policy with this company! We now have huge repair bills out of pocket. In the process of filing lawsuit…..

I purchased the warranty in July for my son’s car… great price and nice associate… so recently devided to buy warranty gor 2nd car and called buy No answer on the company phone and the reps cell number. The cell number also gave the same tired recording. ( so it was probably not his cell number) looked up BBB and they said to call NJ state commission…Total scam! They are fraudsters!!! Fortunately I put this on credit card and have disputed this purchase and should be getting a refund. Hopefully the credit card company will call NJ commission.
I explained to credit card company I paid for 5 yrs of service, and discovered they are Scammers! Stay away!

This company scammed me. I purchased the warranty in June for my daughter’s car, and was told there is a 30 day elimination period. So I expected coverage from July forward. It is October 15, 2021 and I reached out to just ask a question because the dealership was presenting her with a major repair. No answer on the company phone and the reps cell number. The cell number also gave the same tired recording. ( so it was probably not his cell number) Total scam! They took my money knowing they were not going to be in business in the next 3 months. Now I am out of the money and have to pay for the repair to my daughter’s car as she is a nursing student and can’t afford the repair.
I have contacted my credit card company because I paid for a service, and did not receive the service from this company. Scammers! Stay away!
