Excellent experience
The first positive vote goes to the selection: a huge selection of books, I found a book of sheet music by Jack Bruce/Cream from the USA, which was not easy to find. The second positive vote goes to the packaging: excellent for protecting the book. The price is also excellent, truly competitive. The last aspect, which is decent, is the delivery times, which were a bit long but in line with what was expected. I highly recommend it, and I will be buying more books.

Non da escludere ma molto moooooolto da migliorare
Desidero premettere che ho fatto un acquisto andato a buon fine e che il servizio clienti è stato disponibile. Tuttavia esiste un problema coi tempi delle loro spedizioni e ho letto la stessa cosa successa a me anche in altri commenti. Quando lo stesso episodio accade di continuo non si può parlare di errori ma di prassi, evidentemente. La data di spedizione viene spostata in avanti e si arriva ad avere un libro anche dopo un mese dall'ordine. Davvero esagerato, soprattutto quando adducono come giustificazione che "i tempi sono indicativi"; innanzitutto questo non è vero e anche lo fosse non ha molto senso perché allora tutto vale tutto.
Seconda cosa: per avere un rimborso mi hanno chiesto l'iban e me lo hanno chiesto per e -mail.
Ho fatto un macello affinché mi venisse fatto il rimborso sulla carta da cui avevo effettuato il pagamento- come da regolamento peraltro. Non esiste ne in cielo né in terra inviare i propri dati così per e mail. Se vogliono perseguire questo modus operandi, devono metterlo nel regolamento.
In conclusione, nulla da dire sul fatto che il sito esiste e che non si tratta di una truffa. Però va molto migliorato, e soprattutto, vanno rispettati i tempi e non scrivere bugie nelle risposte.
Dovrebbero anche togliere il numero di telefono servizio clienti, poiché mi hanno confermato per e mail che il loro servizio clienti è esclusivamente per e mail - e allora che lo scrivete a fare? - misteri della fede!
Acquisterò nuovamente da loro? Si, quando e se leggerò recensioni positive sul fatto che sono migliorati. Anche perché, parliamoci chiaro, le spedizioni non le regalano.

Per quanto riguarda il rimborso, vorremmo precisare che le procedure possono variare a seconda del tipo specifico di ordine e del metodo di pagamento, e cerchiamo sempre di scegliere un metodo di rimborso sicuro e verificato per il cliente.
L'assistenza clienti viene gestita principalmente tramite e-mail, il che ci consente di rintracciare tutti i dettagli dell'ordine e garantire un'esatta evasione delle richieste. Alla fine tutto è stato risolto e prendiamo sul serio le Sue osservazioni, che utilizzeremo per migliorare ulteriormente i nostri servizi.

Libro introvabile
Ho cercato un libro scolastico in tutte le librerie della città le quali, mi avevano detto tutte che il libro fosse fuori produzione.... l'ho ordinato sul sito di libristo e mi è arrivato nel giro di poche settimane.
