What started as a shaky, negative experience became a very positive experience with outstanding customer-centered service.

Underwhelmed. The flavors are just so so, with some having a very artificial taste. The licorice isn’t any softer than store bought Twizzlers! Feel like I got “got” by their ads. Won’t be ordering again.
So disappointed ☹️

I really look forward to the shipment. I have seen the advertisements over and over and over so I bought some couldn’t wait for it to get here. Well when I got here it was like my licorice was almost hard candy. It was all so hard and I was so disappointed

This is the second edit of my original review. Delivered order was missing one of the purchased products. After contacting company, they said they would replace immediately. It took longer than expected for them to ship. I took the opportunity to try other brands and found them more reasonably priced and same quality. The quality of this licorice is quite good, so my main gripe is the cost. Equally good products can be found at a fairer price.

Ridiculously overpriced. Price doesn’t match the quality.
It is impossible to speak to anyone in customer service by telephone. They communicate by email and it can take days of longer for someone to respond. Responses are usually short, and leave a lot to the imagination. And if you reply with any follow up questions or ask for more details, you’re going to wait to get a response - or maybe never get a response.
It wasn’t until I disputed an order with PayPal did they get in touch with me. I do not recommend.

Have always had excellent customer service, fast shipping, and the best licorice treats! The licorice is especially a favorite at Christmas time and has become tradition/expected :) I will have to branch out and try their other goodies

I ordered 4, 1 pound varieties. When I received them I couldn't believe how soft and delicious they were except for one. I figured it was a fluke and emailed them. They offered me another flavor or a refund along with sincere apologies. I chose another flavor. I am very happy with this company!

I made a mistake on my shipping label and the delivery got messed up. Tara totally took care of it and resent the gift free of charge. It really shows how much they care about their customers. Great job

Good products but consistently slow shipping

The best licorice I've ever had! I couldn't stop eating it! It even came 2 days earlier than expected!

I received licorice from this company last year and it was so good I made a note to order my holiday gifts from them this year! I have been very impressed with their customer service. They have replied within a day to any questions I had. The only thing I would like to see them do is, when I place orders for multiple people, to allow me to put in separate addresses for each order. They do allow that for some of their product but I like to order the "make your own" boxes of the ones I really like and can't put in those separate addresses. This is just a minor issue because overall you will really love the product from my experience!

When you view their "vegan licorice collection" by searching vegan on the site, it returns multiple non-vegan items for example that include beeswax. I would not trust this site for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. They also use SEO to rank for vegan searches with non-vegan products.

Delicious, and the order came in less than 1 week! Great xmas gifts too!

Fresh product. Nice packaging. Easy ordering. Fast delivery. Will definitely order again.

I have to say that I wasn’t a big fan of licorice. That is up until I tried the sampler pack. Wow, these are addicting. Very good. I love it. You guys change my mind
