The. Response from the monitoring team is always very quick even when I accidentally triggered an alarm and cancel it they contact me immediately to ensure all y well When I contact the administrating team for inquiries they always have responded in a timely manner and very polite manner

Had to change my unit due to neck problems and they replaced it with a clip style unit and it's smaller/lighter. So happy with my new device. Fast and friendly service, fast emergency check up when I accidentally dropped my unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The service is very good and the few times that I accidently operated the device there was an immediate response and the quickly acknowledged my false alarms.

I joined Life Assure several years ago on the advice of a Paramedic who was finishing up the latest call to my home. I had been falling on a regular basis and it was getting harder to get to the phone to call for help.
I found Life Assure on the computer the next day joined there and then and have been thankful ever since.
Living on my own after losing my husband after 43 years of marriage was hard but finding Life Assure has given me my freedom to continue living life without having to give up my independence.

The company is okay as far as alerts are concerned. I have been with a few other companies over the years, and Life Assure is no better. In my mind, what makes them great is their problem-solving capabilities. For example, I was worried about my door key on the outside of my door. I called them and they gave me a very safe place to store my key outside of my door.

This Morning The Phone Rang "UNKNOWN NAME", When that comes up on the CID, WE DO NOT ANSWER, However a minute later, there was a message from Pamela, saying she was The Manager @ Life Assure!!!
As l have had several phone calls from Life Assure, with just their Number on the CID, & not answering until a message was left, l couldn"t help wondering what this call was about?
Yesterday l left a Review Telling What My Experience Had Been So Far With This Company To Date..
TO_DAY, My Opinion Has Changed: Pamela Has Renewed
MY FAITH In Telling The Truth About An Incident That Had Happened Which Was A Complete MISTAKE In Dialing A Phone Number.
Apparently Pamela read the Review That l Wrote Yesterday, It Was Not In The Favour Of Life Assure, BUT, It Was An Accurate Account Of What Had Transpired Between Myself & Life Assure, Since January /26.
She Apologised Profusely For What Other Employees Had Seen As MY Problem Alone, Which Unfortunately Was An Error Anyone Could Have Made.
To Reiterate, This Misunderstanding Could Have Been Solved, IF, What Happened Had Been Listened To With A "HEART"!!!! This Did Not Occur Until Read By Pamela!!!
What I Am Trying To Say Here Is, There Are Still Some People In This World Who Are Willing To Stand Up For What Is Right, & She Is One Of Them..The Other Thing I Should Say Is This:: Before l Wrote My Review, l Read Some Of The Positive Reviews, The Majority Had Very Favourable Things To Say About This Company Who Rely On Seniors For Their Business..My Experience With Them In The Beginning Has Been Restored With A Very Happy Outcome.
The Charge Of $56.44 On My Card Has Been Reversed & The Outstanding Balance Of $56.44 Has Been Cancelled, l Have Been Given A Code For Canada Post For A No Charge Return.
This Incident May Have Changed My Outlook On Waiting Before Jumping To Conclusions So Quickly. l Must Say There Is Good In Everyone, THIS PROVES IT..
