THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!
THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! I originally ordered it and it was shipped back in Dec 2025 as they said couldn't find address to deliver it to even though I get 3-4 Amazon, Fed Ex. UPS, etc. packages every week??
So I just told to cancel any subscription or future orders as it sounded like a hassle with them to get their coffee delivered
Via email and a call cancelled the subscription
next month got an email that I was going to be billed for that month's Lifeboost Coffee so I called right away and also emailed and they said they would cancel it and again I reiterated that I did NOT WANT THEIR COFFEE
Exact same thing happened the next month and the email about billing came through about midnight so saw it the next morning and called and told them to STOP billing and trying to send me coffee, the woman on the phone was nice but said it was too late
I called my CC company and immediately and contested the charge...days later received their coffee and called them and told them I was contesting the charge and I was giving the coffee to a woman's shelter rather than hassling with trying to send it back
they are still hassling me trying to bill me
and I get soooooo many email still from them even though 'UNSUBSCRIBED' from them

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry for how frustrating this situation has felt and appreciate the opportunity to help bring some clarity.
When you contacted us on December 29th, we reviewed the tracking with you and issued a full refund for that order. We’ve taken another look at your account, and it shows that you logged in and chose to skip your upcoming shipments in January and again in February, which were successfully applied. In March, a billing reminder was also sent 3 days prior to the order processing, and the subscription was still active at that time, which is why the order was fulfilled. A refund has since been issued for that March order as well.
We also made an attempt to reach you by phone to connect directly, but weren’t able to get through. Your subscription has been fully canceled, and no further orders or charges will be processed.
We always aim to make subscriptions as clear and easy to manage as possible by communicating billing reminders in advance and allowing flexibility to skip, reschedule, or cancel at any time.

The best Coffee out there, I've been trying to find a coffee that doesn't cause acid reflux, and this coffee does it. I at first tried the medium blend, but went to the lite blend and love it. Best Coffee Out There.
