Hi J Hall,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—I genuinely appreciate your honesty.
I want to respond thoughtfully, because situations like yours are exactly why Life Cycle Transitions exists.
When we spoke, you shared that you needed help but had limited resources available upfront. That’s something we hear every day, and it’s precisely why we’ve built our company to offer multiple pathways forward—not just one service.
To clarify, I didn’t present just one option.
I first introduced our Monthly Stabilization Plan, which allows clients to begin with as little as a 4-hour session—creating a more manageable, lower-cost way to start making progress over time.
That option didn’t seem to align with what you were hoping for, as you expressed wanting the work completed upfront with payment handled afterward.
At that point, the most realistic way to accomplish what you were looking for was to explain our Mortgage Rescue Program—a structured financial solution designed to fund the full scope of work and allow repayment in manageable monthly increments.
This is a program we’ve spent years carefully crafting and customizing to ensure we can support people across a wide range of financial situations, and we take great pride in the fact that it has helped thousands of individuals and families move forward when they felt stuck or out of options.
That wasn’t meant to feel like pressure—it was my way of trying to bridge the gap between what you needed done and what was financially possible.
I also offered alternatives to make things more comfortable, including submitting photos instead of allowing someone into your home. I completely understand how difficult and personal that can feel, and I respect that you weren’t comfortable moving forward in that way. At the same time, some level of participation is necessary for us to create a safe and accurate plan.
I also want to address something important for you and for anyone reading this:
We are not in the business of pushing clients into third-party lenders, collecting a fee, and walking away.
In fact, we take the opposite approach.
We spend months carefully vetting our strategic lending partners before ever aligning with them. And to demonstrate that commitment, we require our preferred lenders to fully explore every possible option available to each client—not just present high-yield or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Our intention is never just to “get something approved,” but to ensure that whatever path is chosen is thoughtful, responsible, and sustainable for the client long-term.
That said, I do want to acknowledge this:
These situations are deeply personal, emotional, and often overwhelming. If at any point the conversation felt rushed, misaligned, or lacking in compassion, I take that seriously.
You deserved to feel heard and supported first.
For clarity to others reading this:
We are not just a cleaning company.
We are a transition-focused service, designed to help people navigate complex situations that involve not just the home—but also health, safety, and financial limitations.
Our programs—whether gradual stabilization or full-scope solutions—are designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward at a pace that works for them.
If you ever feel open to revisiting the conversation, I would welcome the opportunity to approach it in a way that better aligns with your comfort level and pace.
There is no judgment. There is no shame.
Just a path forward when you’re ready.
Wishing you the best,
Brandon Bronaugh
