Highly disappointing experience
I ordered items online from Life Pharmacy and clearly selected my hotel as the delivery location. However, the system changed the address automatically without notifying me. On Thursday evening—the expected delivery day—I received a message stating the address was incorrect. Only then did I realize the issue and promptly provided the exact hotel details for redelivery the next day (all was done via Whatsapp) (Friday).
Despite my efforts, the items were never delivered. I requested a refund since I could no longer wait. I was promised a refund early Friday morning, yet by Saturday, I still received nothing.
This entire process has been far more frustrating and time-consuming than it should have been. I do not recommend using Life Pharmacy’s online platform—their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and lacks follow-through. If you’re on a tight schedule or expecting reliable service, consider alternatives.
