THE WORST! A company that does not know what it is doing! Didn’t turn on system for 4 months and gave us the run around as to what the problem was without physically checking it out. NOTHING they said was true, they didn’t solve any water issues. The new company laughed at their work and was shocked at the price of a NO RESULT system. Don’t waste your time or energy, they are worthless. The company amounts to going out and resourcing someone else’s system and slapping their sticker on it without any knowledge of what they are doing! Fact check me, I have pictures, receipts from other company’s trying to correct what they installed at no avail. I have been talking to our lawyers about a law suit, it’s that bad of an install and over sell and under delivered piece of a crap product!

The water in Folsom is okay but it’s very hard and has chlorine. Our new LifeSource water system changed that. The water is clean and filtered in every part of our home. We stopped using our hand held filter pitcher…we don’t need it!
Our sales rep was Brian Pease. He really knows everything about the system and talked to us without any pressure. The company has been around a long time too…over 40 years. If you’ve been thinking about a water system with fresh tasting water and no chlorine to stress your skin and hair, I’d give them a call!

My wife and I are very happy with our Lifesource Water System. The water taste much much better and is so much cleaner. Brian was great to work with and answered all of our questions throughout the process. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone with health concerns or want to live a healthier lifestyle.

Do not buy this product if you want soft water. They use taglines like “manage your hard water problems” and “water softener alternative”. This is deceptive as this system does NOT soften the water. I called about my concerns and was blind transferred to my sales rep, Pronnie, who spat out pre-memorized talking points. All I wanted was a solution to make my water soft again but was told by Pronnie he would speak to his regional manager and they would get back to me. A week later, and no one cared enough to contact me in any fashion. This “water softener alternative” costs way too much to NOT soften water and when you add the poor customer service, just not worth it.

Purchased a whole house water system from Lifesource. Called to have my unit serviced to be sure it was working properly and was informed that it was out of warranty and they would not service the unit or sell me parts. The only option they offered me was to purchase a new unit for $5,137.00.

We purchased a house with the Lifesource system installed. System is 3 years old so we have been told from Lifesource. We asked to have someone come out and show us how it works and make certain it is working properly. They want to charge us $150.00.
When I told them there is a scale buildup in the water,they are telling me"it's calcium". "the system is designed to clean the water without removing the nutrients."
It is impossible to keep the shower glass walls clean, there is a rust appearance around the sink drains, and a film buildup on the sinks. I have never had any of the concerns in my past houses with water softeners. I do not feel Lifesource is a good respectable company when they will not come check their system and explain the workings to a new owner unless new owner pays $150.00. I can put that $150.00 towards a system that I know is actually doing something.

THE INSTSALLERS DANNY AND JULIO WERE ON TIME. EXPLAINED COMPLETELY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT TO TALK TO. AFTER THE TANKS WERE INSTALLED DANNY EXPLAINED HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. REMINDED ME TO CALL IF I HAD QUESTIONS OR ANY PROBEMS.. THAY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE OLD WATER SYSTEM,
I WOULD RECOMMEND LIFESOURCE TO OTHERS...

Elite Series Water System 1, this is the basic one, only for drinking water. But the Scale Solver is the next step. Which runs around 6,000.00. I was told by Rep, this one cleans pipe, good for shower, cleaning clothes better, is what I wanted. I thought that was the one I was getting until I started to read the manual online and the Rep called me and explained if I wanted the Scale Solver it would be ANOTHER 1,000 or so added to my original amount. He said he told me this at my home. They are the professionals, to learn to talk slowly AND go over everything again.
I'm just beside myself, I was in the beginning excited to get this system in, then to learn I ordered the wrong one is disheartening. But I'm within the 3 days I can cancel, and I did, so is to get my Deposit back.

Kyle and Juan came yesterday morning to install our Life Source Water System. They explained exactly what they were about to do and answered my questions right to the point. They were very friendly and courteous, which make it easier to communicate and ask questions while they were doing there job. We were very satisfied with the installation service.

Daniel and Julio came to our home to look at our LifeSource system since we were getting gray stains in our toilets. These two gentlemen are the finest service technicians we have ever worked with! They were both friendly, courteous, very professional, and fun to talk to!! They located the source of the stain as the toilet supply lines and cleaned our toilets spotlessly. They also installed 3 Fluidmaster kits that are keeping our toilets spotless. A huge “Thank You” to Daniel and Julio for their outstanding service!!

We have loved our LifeSource Water System for the last 4 years and the Customer Service they provide is “World Class”. Joe Payne, at the LifeSource Home office, always answers any questions I have and coordinates any service we need. He is outstanding!!

Sam and Jesus were very professional! The installation of my water filters was done in a neat and accurate fashion, and these young men are a good team. I can see the difference in the quality of our water now! It’s so clear!
It was a pleasure having Jesus and Sam at my house because they worked quickly. No mess was left, and the job was done in a clean way. I strongly recommend them and Life Source Water Systems! I believe we’ll be very happy with it for several years!

The LIFESOURCE service manager Rob was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions and helping our plumber set up the system. We’ve had LIFESOURCE at our previous home and had a great experience with the system.

Brian Pirkley was as nice as they come, everything he sold came as expected and the water system has provide delicious fresh tasting water, less detergent to clean our clothes and a spot free rinse when washing my Tesla!

The technician, Dan, did a fine job resolving my issue after Rob helped to determine what the problem was. Kudos to both! And now we have wonderful, drinkable water from every faucet, etc. in our home!
This is our third LifeSouce system in out last 3 houses and we continue love the water quality and virtually no maintenance, unlike soft water & RO combination systems.
