Uncertain of what the shipping cost will be since they don't tell you prior to ordering.
I had a great experience with the online chat as long as the part numbers that were provided are correct. I called the number to question shipping when placing an order and I suppose I asked to many questions the guy ended up hanging up on me. How rude. I really don't like that I don't know what the shipping cost is prior to ordering the parts. There is something wrong with this method. I could end up with a $300.00 shipping bill and that is not fair when I'm not told prior to ordering.

For international orders and orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, shipping is quoted separately because the cost needs to be confirmed with the carrier based on the order and destination. Once the shipping cost is confirmed, we provide it to the customer before proceeding, and if the cost does not work for them, the order can be canceled and the payment refunded. I was sent the wrong parts and it is a complete HASSLE trying to return them. they can simply look the parts up on there own website and see the difference, but no I have to send pictures and the make and model. I ordered the switch from them in the past and know what I need. I can't believe this is such a show

The seals were old
The seals were old and broke when trying to install them. We had to buy new ones at the local Hydr shop.
We got a refund but wanted a replacement kit.

The part that I received was completely the wrong part, after I sent pics of the old parts n giving the model n serial number and still sent the wrong part ??? This is beyond me! Sent the part back n still waiting for a refund over 10 days!!
