Ordered online and auto email response stated up to 21 days delivery. After this time had elapsed and with no further communication I requested to be refunded in full. My email was not acknowledged but received notification from Aramex that it had been dispatched that day. Waiting still....Poor communication and procedures. Don't bother.

I'm grateful that we can buy our needed light bulbs - but my goodness, their service on -line was atrocious.
I ordered 12 bulbs on 25 July, 2026, and I have spoken to two people chasing up my order the second last one told me that they're waiting on more bulbs to come in.

Still nothing received, so I phoned again on the 1 September and the third person that I spoke to told me - GET THIS > I'm sure she told me that someone has been away and that they missed my order and it didn't go through.

So I had to chase up or I would have never received my bulbs.
I ordered on 25 July 2026 and did not receive them until 11 September, 2025 - no apologies or anything,
That was shocking especially for a major lighting superstore.

Purchased an item on company website, item shows available, right, all good, paid money. Received confirmation via email
9 days later email advising item not available, 9 days to from purchase date, now company will take 10 business days to process my refund.
Unbelievable how useless those people are.

The store members (in Jindalee branch) told us a delivery date could be 2-3 weeks from the time we ordered an item in the store. It is now more than 4 weeks but they still have no delivery date in horizon and they say it could take 2 more weeks at least!

Honesty in customer service is important, without any excuses or misguiding information.

Placed an online order - emailed them a week later to check when it would be sent only to be told the light bulbs were discontinued and not in stock. They then offered me a different fitting light bulb and said I'd need to buy adapters out of my own pocket. Not a single apology for incorrect website either. Would not recommend

Shocking.
Ordered a oyster light and paid for it in the store. (No stock)
Had a email saying would be 7-10 days. Two weeks later i had to ask when my light was coming. Replied weeks, maybe longer.
Asked for refund. (10 days until refund processed !)
Same light is still on website.
Very poor service. Will never buy from this store again and would recommend you look elsewhere
