I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Light My Bricks, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations! The quick delivery was a pleasant surprise, especially given the looming concerns about mail strikes. They clearly have alternative ways to ensure that your products arrive on time, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The product I ordered arrived in perfect condition and matched the description perfectly. I am incredibly pleased with the quality and functionality. Light My Bricks has made my experience seamless, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and excellent products. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Price was great. Service was great.

I never received my delivery. It was residualed for redelivery. Now they said there is no stock. What happened to my order that was returned to the warehouse.

The ordering process was easy, but there were some complications with the delivery and the product did not arrive before my trip to Florida so I was anxious about the delivery while I was away. With Canada Post on strike, the package was originally coming via UPS. They had an issue with hazardous content and the package wound up back in Calgary; however, I received a message saying it had been delivered to me and was received by “Bobby”—no one in our house (or among our neighbours) with that name.

The online virtual support was less than helpful. I finally received an email response and, after some back and forth communication, the package was eventually delivered by FedEx. Strangely, I received two tracking emails, one from UPS and one from FedEx saying my package was on its way.

Luckily, my neighbour was keeping an eye out for the delivery while my son was at work and she scooped it up until he returned home.

The support team member, April, with whom I was communicating via email was very attentive, polite, and friendly. She made me feel more at ease and always encouraged me to reach out if I had any concerns.
She reached out to me following delivery as well. Thank you, April! 😊

I can’t speak to the quality of your product because it is a Christmas gift for our daughter.

All the wiring was the right length and all lights are working

It was easy to assemble and it looked great. Not only I recommend it but I am also looking forward to buy from LMB again

Labor of love for sure but was a great experience overall and I loved how it turned out. Instructions were easy to follow. Would for sure order again for future projects!

2,0 really improve. No space between bricks anymore. More solid, less components. More esthetic. Way to go.

While the task of adding lighting to any Lego set is complicated, with Light My Bricks complete and correct set by step instructions, it is easy to add lights to any Lego product and the lights just make it Pop!
The Light My Bricks products are well thought out and professionally curated for the Lego enthusiast (like me) lol

Always easy to install and they look great

April was absolutely amazing when it came to helping solve my issue and address my concerns!

I had noticed that my LMB 2.0 Venator light kit was a bit delayed with its shipping. Coupled with a tight schedule, April managed to contact the warehouse, figure out why it wasn't shipped, and have them express ship the light kit so it would make it in time!

I give full commendations for her efforts! I will for sure be coming back to buy more light kits for my Lego Star Wars sets because of the service April provided me!

The final outcome was great! However,
1. instructions could be a bit more detailed
2. LED lights should be easier pointing in the right direction when positioned into the LEGO pieces

The customer service (live chat) was outstanding. Although it's been a while, I believe the representative's name was Dean. He was incredibly helpful and patient, offering clear instructions and thoughtful suggestions. I felt like he went beyond my expectations for customer service. Not only did he answer my product-related questions, but he genuinely seemed invested in my whole project of lighting up my bricks. He even informed me about smart plugs, something I wasn't even aware of! It's so refreshing to experience this level of care, especially when customer service these days is often outsourced to people who don't really know the products.

As for the product itself: It was a bit challenging to install, especially for a first-timer, but I managed to get it done. I’m happy with the result (Rivendell set, 2.0 LMB). However, after watching the video for the 1.0 version, I was a bit disappointed that the 2.0 set doesn't include lights for the candles and the forge. I understand that production costs might be a factor, but it feels like a missed opportunity. Part of me wonders if I should have gone with the 1.0 version.

I’m now considering buying an additional light for the forge and finding a way to connect it. I'm also thinking of building some extensions for the set and exploring ways to add more lights for those as well.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer different cable lengths for the lights. This would help reduce excess cable clutter, especially under the forge. Additionally, offering cables in different colors that blend with the set would be a great touch to enhance the overall aesthetic.

That said, I'm still pleased with the final look, though I might give it more thought before my next purchase.
