Rod’s baby first aid course: excellent introduction
Rod was clear, explained things slowly and modelled techniques. Although we were in a group, Rod still ensured he worked with each individual and checked in on the techniques we were using. Rod was approachable, happily answered individual questions and ensured we understood the physiology behind the techniques. I would look into doing future courses with him.
