Figure the people giving positive reviews don't live in stoke on trent,
Left bt to join lightspeed, BIG mistake, promised faster speed, sounds good when it not disconnecting, when I needed booster to get the signal around the house, bt provided free of charge , lightspeed want £60 per year per booster, they forgot to mention that when signed up, works out if I want the same service as bt provided will cost £10 per month more,
I'm stuck with th garbage for another 22 mth, don't make the same mistake I made

I called customer services as I couldn't get my internet to connect after down grading I spoke to Tamsin who was extremely helpful and friendly Tamsin spoke to the technical team and the got the technical team to call me so I wasn't being put on hold all the time. Within minutes Joe from technical support called and helped me to get it connected he talked me through step by step which was great as I'm not a technical person the problem was resolved quickly. Thank you so much Tamsin and Joe you made an anxious person less stressed I appreciate it

I've tried all the big companies but tried light speed now I will never go back these guys go the extra mile please don't take my word for it trying it yourself you will never regret it

Had a little glitch with the broadband. Rang light speed, technician Joe called straight back as agreed. Talked me through and all reset. Easy simple and great customer care. Thanks Joe.

I had a Wi-Fi problem and couldn't auto connect on my mobile device. The company reacted swiftly and the advice I received from the gentleman in their tech department was excellent! A very patient and helpful guy!

After a poor start to my broadband service experience, they sent an engineer out, fixed the issue locally, and the service has been good ever since.
One thing I can say about Lightspeed is that if you make a complaint, they do deal with it professionally and communicate well.

It was simple, easy and was made comfortable on making my decision. You can't find any other better offers with upload and download speeds. The cost is the best around also and if I want to upgrade I can. I can't remember the lady's name but she was so helpful and didn't make me feel I was a burden. I highly recommend lightspeed to anyone who it's available to.

Don't make the same mistake I did. I was promised 1Gb download speed but all we get through ethernet is 600 Mbps. The WiFi is constantly going off and I get a text saying sorry lightspeed are experiencing a technical issue in your area. My wife works from home and we have lost hundreds of pounds due to her not being able to work. I've attempted to leave the contract but obviously I'm faced with a termination fee of £700. Terrible customer service and i wish I stayed with virgin media. Oh and also there is only 1 port for ethernet on the back of the router. Virgin has 5 and virgin has a modem/router all in one. Lightspeed have a modem plugged into the wall then a separate router which affects ping related issues.
