The collapsible 600ml filter water bottle is a superb product which I have already tested across part of Central Asia, and has been admired by others I am travelling with. It was delivered, efficiently, literally the day after I ordered it (or the next day, I can't remember) but in time for me to take it with me. It is reasonably priced at just under £40, highly useful in a hot country, fills up more easily than plastic bottles do, and the taste is fine, even if one is aware it is a plastic container. Every thumb up for Ligo!!

I ordered my phone by mistake later I found out my phone only had a loose wire so contacted LiGo and it is was very simple to have the phone returned the post man collected it today

I bought too small a tent and needed to get a bigger one. Ligo’s communication was quick and my refund also very quick. I bought a bigger tent which, like the first one, arrived super quickly. Very good price. Highly recommended. Would use again.

I ordered a large digit phone for my elderly parents, which was sent straight to.their home, a real.plus. Unfortunately, they weren't able to connect it up, as they are not good with tech but we got the phone set up today and they are delighted with it. The big digit handset is a great bonus and they are really pleased with the sound and handset. The supplier sent a helpful video link on how to connect to the new phone line, the order was really quickly delivered and fully tracked. The price was very reasonable and I would not only recommend but will return for any future needs.

Customer service is excellent: in two minutes, the Help Desk identified and solved a connection problem with my new Gigaset phones which BT had failed to find in two days.
