Do not buy anything from Lily and Rose Dublin. I ordered 3 pairs of boots. 2 were described as genuine leather one purple 1 black.
I checked the tracking information and was shocked to see it coming from China.
They finally arrived after 5 weeks and they were terrible.not genuine leather cheap vinyl and terrible quality. I got intouch immediately and no reply. I got in touch again. No reply. Finally after the 14 day return policy had expired I got a response saying that I had to return to China costing more to return than the boots cost. In the meantime I had found a returns delivery and returned within the 14 days with signed for delivery and if I do not get a refund I will get a fraud investigation and refund done on my credit card. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Passing themselves off disingenuously as ‘local Irish boutique’.
Stay away . Refund policy scandalous . 30 euro postage return as are international . I was stupid enough not to review . Item so poorly made and bad fit .

Dress took weeks to arrive then didn't fit I emailed the company to return it and they said it will cost me €20-€30 to return it. The dress cost €50...Absolutely disgraceful.

This company doesn't deserve the 1 star. I ordered from there website, what looked to be a boutique shop that offers 30 day money back guarantee with 24/7 customer service, it's complete bogus!! The items I ordered were of extremely poor quality and not at all like the pictures. I emailed twice regarding returns and have heard nothing from them. The items were not cheap and I'm very upset and frustrated with the false advertisements and poor quality. Stay well clear!!!
