Told us they were at jfk to pick us up at 18.30. I walked up and down pick up point but there was a no show, it was -7 and snowing my wife was in a wheel chair freezing.
We ended up getting a yellow cab costing a further $120 at 20.40 we gat a phone call asking where we are ,I told them what happened and their reply was he was putting us down as a no show and there would be no refund.

Flat prices with no unexpected tolls. Very responsive service. Travelling with a baby, we appreciated the convenience of paying in advance for parking and terminal meet and great. We used child seats, which were provided. While the car service is a bit further from the terminal than taxis, it was no problem for us as a family with Bags.
