Poor quality poor customer service poor all round. Plants supplied were dead, no growth 7 months after receipt, constantly fobbed off by inept customer service who clearly don’t give a damn. Avoid at all costs, I will be looking elsewhere

I live in Nottinghamshire and I find it increasingly difficult to find pond plants for my wild life pond. I actually stumbled across Lincs Plants on Amazon and thought I’d give them a go. This review follows my second purchase and I have to say the condition of the plants upon arrival was as though I’d collected them myself. Pleased to see they used tracked Royal Mail for the premium delivery service which I’m more than happy to pay for. You guys will be my go to now.

Lovely healthy plants . No snails so far

I am truly impressed with this company. I ordered from them last year and received pond plants in excellent condition and they grew beautifully. I ordered again this year and, once again, the plants arrived in very good condition and are already in the pond, hopefully improving the look and condition of the pond for the fish and resident frog! Pretty fast delivery and good packaging meant that the plants arrived and didn’t appear at all stressed.

As a Yorkshire man there spot on and as u all no Yorkshire men dont like to spend there money so for that reason I came here quality products at fair price

Another excellent purchase from these guys. Bought some duckweed to add to our new (treated) pond, as I want to encourage all forms of wildlife in and around there.

The plants arrived the next day, and I was thrilled to find loads of critters had hitched a ride in the weeds, which was fantastic!

Washed some off to add to my aquarium- no critters in there please, and hoping these will spread.

The duckweed (and friends) is all in the pond now, and I’m hopeful this will attract more wildlife in the pond and the garden.

Another victim of the pre-order perennials scam here. I purchased a few plants on 1st December with March delivery stated. I chased in April and received polite comms apologizing the for the delay. Still further delay and plants received on 9th May. After reading reviews here, i was prepared for the worst and yep, it was bad. Bare root plants tied in plastic bags, rotten roots - dead. I'm talking slimy, stinky bits of rot with well oversaturated substrate. A great way to transport pond plants with fast delivery i'm sure but someone didn't get the memo on the non-aquatic plants. A Euphorbia was bone dry, brittle dead matter. A good look for a Euphorbia in May? Hardly. I dropped LPP a line and got the same as others. Yes, i know they are bare root. I bought them as bare root. I have purchased bare root from many others in the past. I lift plants myself and store them as dormant. I get how it works. As for 3 litres comparable size? Forget about it, but i'd settle for tiny and not dead! Apparently, their 'greenhouse specialist' confirms from my pics that they are alive - see my google review to make your own mind up. Again, as with others, i was offered a refund if i returned them but i'm not posting rotten bits of organic matter and wouldn't trust i'd get the refund, let alone the return postage since dishonesty comes so naturally to this business. Malvern recently, Chelsea next. What are they doing?!! It seems to me that they are very good at what they do with pond plants and can't afford to refund after their large-scale perennial plan went wrong. So, if you're reading this, and considering buying from them, please don't. If you're reading this and have been in the same situation as me, remember that there are many nurseries who sell plants online that delivery quality, as described plants on time. Their prices were low (as bare roots usually are) but too good to be true this time.

My product came the day it was supposed to. Very carefully packaged. Easy to open & put in the aquarium. Very happy will use again.

We use Lincs Plants for most of our pond plants, and the latest batch were up to their usual high quality. Generous bunches of healthy oxygenators, thank you.
