Delay on shipping, but happy with product & price
It was good. The only negative is that my shipment was delayed in customs as there was information missing about the manufacturer. Fortunately, your team responded to my email right away and the shipment was cleared. It took a little longer than I expected, but I’m excited about the yarn and my new projects and I’m happy about the price I paid. Thank you!

I love the quality of the yarn and the color is beautiful. I did however have delivery issues, the delivery was late and the package was opened. The yarn ends were attached to the sticky on the shipping bag and had to be cut off. 5 cakes were shipping in a poly mailer and not a box. The ordering process was easy and they shipped quickly
