Hi I have not received my order after 4 weeks. Ordered in 1st october . I have to contact you but no reply .. all I want is to find out where my parcel is . Please could you reply.

Nearly a month ago I brought a coat from here that was listed as in excellent condition however when it turned up it had several very visible marks all over the coat. I understand that this is a secondhand vintage store but it states on the website that anything worse than that would be listed in the description which it was not. I messaged to ask about a return and had a message 48hours later giving me two options (one being to return the item) but when I asked for a return I haven’t received a reply (over 10 days ago) and have dm on instagram, emailed and messaged in the chat box on the website. Due to the websites return process only being possible through contact with someone I am very worried that I have just lost £180

Every piece of clothing I have ordered is of very good quality and vintage.
