So far the shopping experience on your site & the purchasing + process was good but cannot give 5star rating until I actually get my package & see the quality of the garments :)

Totally a SCAM. Ordered lovely flowy blouses & dress with floral appliques on them. What I got was pullover shirts and dress that were cheap material with photographs of the real fabric. printed on them. No appliques - no beautiful flowy fabric = I would not have spent even $5 for what they sent me and I was charged more than $100.

To stop lying and scamming people. The t-shirt I received was nothing at all like the one I ordered. Then had the audacity to offer a 20% refund!.I flatly refused and the offer went to 30%. I flatly refused that and am still waiting to hear the next offer. If I sent the horrible t-shirt back I was expected to pay for the taxes and export prices.

I ordered a top that was advertised as 100% Lenin, like everything on their website, with embroidered design. Really cute. But what I got was 100% polyester with a printed design. Their website also states they are based in the USA and ship from the USA. It took weeks to get the item and was held up in customs. Hmmm. I contacted the company, got a reply of a compensation of 3 USD and I can keep the top and give it as a gift, because the shipping fee to return the item may expensive to me. After several more back and forth replies (all with the same reply), I received this reply…so, how about we refund you 5 USD as compensation? I paid a little over $38 for the top, and what I got wasn’t even the quality of our local grocery/dry goods store. Very disappointed and would go lower with the rating if I could. DO NOT SHOP WITH LENIN BLOOM WEAR!

If there was a "No Stars" option, I would choose it. They are a complete fraud. Cotton and linen all over their website and photos. There is not a stitch of these in their products. When I confronted them, they would not address the fact that the photo actually said 100% cotton and linen. What I received was some kind of man made fiber. Very unhappy. DO NOT recommend.

ABSOLUTE SCAM of a company! Tried to cancel my order within 24 hours as the policy stated for a refund. They said it wasn't within 24hrs then said they would do a partial refund. They stopped replying to my emails and sent items anyway. The clothing was such of poor quality that i would never wear it. Such TRASH!

Total SCAM. Absolutely dreadful. Fraudulent advertising x 100%. No embroidered blouses/dresses, just cheap polyester rubbish that you wouldn't even buy from a market stall. I've been emailing for a return address but nothing from them. I ordered 2 blouses & 2 dresses, what I received was clothing that looked nothing like the advertising.

Awful ..... The top I received was cheap and nasty... Bearing no resemblance whatsoever to the picture .. a pure scam !

What a dreadful company. Ordered a dress and a top (came to £46.50). I could not believe the quality of the goods when they arrived. Nothing linen about them just cheap, cheap “material” printed with “s…”! Have contacted them for a returns label but all they say is they will give me a voucher for 20% off anything else I buy ! Ha HA as if I would. Contacted the bank and they were just as useless. So unfortunately I have to concede to having lost my money. I feel so stupid and will never order from a company I don’t know. Thank you

I purchased two dresses advertised as embroidered ony to receive two poorly printed dresses that bear absolutely no resemblance to the ones advertised, I wish I had read the reviews prior to using this scurrilous outfit

I was really impressed with how easy the ordering was the items I bought look beautiful and I can't wait for them to arrive,it was my first order and it won't be my last

They send out cheap, nasty printed polyester T shirts instead of the pretty embroidered linen tops that they advertise. Please do not buy from this fraudulent company

Merchandise nothing like presented. Cheap fabric, received incorrect item. No response when contacted. Won’t shop her again!

I just placed my first order, which was very easy to do. I hope the products are as nice as the pictures.

I have just received the items i ordered on the 21st january biggest load of rubbish i have ever seen. They don’t come close, by a long shot to the beautiful items i ordered 🤬. Totally ripped off, by these fraudulent thieves. I had to give one star to write review, they definitely do not deserve it ! I will be contacting my bank for help

Ordered a dress, bracelet, jacket. Added special delivery instructions to please put package in a locker box or delivery to my apartment. I did not receive items linensloom stated the package was delivered after researching this it shows package was left on the floor at my big apartment complex and they would not refund or replace. I asked them if you have an area on your website for special delivery instructions and that was not followed so they should refund or replace. The carrier was 4PX. linensloom sent me to 4PX and 4PX sent me back to linensloom what a nightmare. I would NEVER order anything from them again to this day I have never received an apology or anything. I took this up with Paypal and they were no help at all they stated this had to be taken care by the carrier and company.

C'est une honte d'envoyer des morceaux de tissus de mauvaises qualité,diformes,sans broderie pour les faire passer pour des robes!!!
