Good Translation, Poor Priority Service
The translation was very good. However, the 'priority' service was poor:
- translation (12 lines of text) requested Friday,
- email received and approved Saturday,
- printed version not posted until Wednesday.
The delay between emailed and printed versions is not acceptable for a 'priority' service.

Translation within just a few hours
Very quick certified translation, and entirely accurate. I am very satisfied. They also offer to request changes for free within 3 days if there was an issue. Price was also very good, much cheaper than other quotes I got and more in line with what I'd expect.

They sent me the wrong document…
They sent me the wrong document belonging to someone else, and mine was sent to the wrong place. The person handling my complaint did not communicate well or offer any apology. I have now contacted the CEO to let them know about this unfortunate situation which has caused me a lot of upset. Update - I have received a full refund. They have asked me to remove this review and are saying that my document didn't get sent out at all. Which I don't believe as when I first questioned them, they said it will be sent AGAIN.
