I visited Dr Zokaie for a consultation and Dermatology treatment. The team were very attentive, friendly and professional. I found Verity to be particularly helpful upon enquiring. She listened to my concerns, demonstrated empathy and offered her assistance in a smooth booking process. I appreciate the time given to answer all my questions. Dr Zokaie is extremely knowledgable and I was made to feel completely at ease. I received a caring and detailed approach and I am very pleased with the end result. Dr Zokaie for post-steroidal Rosacea
I came to see Dr Zokaie for a post-steroidal rosacea flare-up which I’d never experienced and therefore was very anxious. Dr Zokaie put my mind at rest and he is very knowledgeable, has great bedside manner and gave me expert advice and a targeted holistic treatment program. His assistant Verity was extremely nice and helpful and also people at reception were very friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Amazing clinic - saved me!
I attended Linia Skin Clinic to have my fillers dissolved after having been to a different clinic and they over filled my face and looked horrible. I had lost confidence in my looks and I cam across Linia Skin. From the moment I called them with my concern they were very supportive and understanding. They talked me through the treatment step by step.
I had an assessment by the doctor who was very professional and empathetic. He assessed my face and explained and educated about fillers and the treatment including risks and expected outcomes. I realised its not all going to be easy and stages of correction may be required after.
When I was ready to have the treatment I had a patch test and had to wait for 3- minutes to ensure I am not allergic to the treatment. This made me feel very reassured as he didn't just treat me without checking.
When i was ready he explained the procedure to me and took care to ensure he injected slowly not to cause me pain. He was very reassuring and his assistant helped hold my hands and comfort me.
I am so happy with the outcome and I can't thank Dr Simon and the clinic enough. I have gained my confidence back and will definitely only be going to him for my future treatments.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Zokaie as he was recommended by a friend. My daughter has been suffering with acne which has really affected her self confidence and Dr. Zokaie was so understanding and knowledgable. He prescribed medication for my daughter and took the time to talk to us in detail about the different causes of my daughters acne and explained different options that were available to us. It has only been a couple of weeks and my daughter’s skin has improved so much already which has really boosted her confidence. I would highly recommend Dr. Zokaie.

I found Great Grouopon offer and bought it for £119 skin tag and milia removal 3x sessions . the face value of the Voucher was £320
I arrived 10 minutes earlier as their policy state that if you are late 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be given
they made me wait ONE FULL HOUR after the appointment to see the Doctor
The Doctor made me feel as if i was confused and as if i missed some email about sending some photos before the appointment I told the doctor sorry I must have missed this email about the photos
Doctor said it happens a lot don't worry however the voucher will not be refunded and there is nothing he can do UNLESS I pay for a fully Paid treatment then maybe he can refund the voucher.
The Voucher was for 3x sessions and i was already delayed one hour .the Doctor blamed ''the company'' for not being too clear and he said its out of his hands
He removed the skin Tag in less than 4 minutes
I later discovered that the voucher dose include a skin tag and 2x millias and there was no email sent about sending any Photos
The voucher also says if the condition proved to be unsuitable a full refund will be issued
they offered to refund the voucher which contain 3x sessions and tag removal and millias
reading the company reviews online its clear that this happens often
I discovered later that the Doctor was one of the directors and he could simply have used one of the 3 sessions or 3 of them to cover the one skin tag he removed
I emailed the company and all what i got was a reference to small print in the voucher
they were extremely aggressive when i said they should use the Groupon Voucher and refund the money I paid ..they asked me to stop emailing
its very alarming that a doctor goes to this level
They refused my voucher refused to refund unless i get fully paid treatment wasted my time and made me feel as if it was all my fault.

Do not use their freezing skin tag removal service
I eagerly looked for a clinic to remove the one skin tag I had one my upper leg and was excited to find an offer on Groupon with Linia Skin and Laser Clinic for £59. I should, however, have trusted my instincts and realised this was too good to be true. I turned up at the appointment to be informed that it was a freezing procedure and that it might not work. However, if I paid a further £200, the clinician could guarantee its removal. What was not explained to me, was that my Groupon would be refunded. The clinic maintains this was explained and that their dermatologist can basically put no foot wrong. The truth of the matter was that I was rushed in, felt very much put on the spot at the prospect of forking out an additional £200, panicked, and just hoped the freezing procedure would work. Out came an aerosol, he took about 30 seconds to spray some liquid on the tag and off I was sent. My mother could have done it with her eyes shut. The procedure did not work. The said skin tag is still there, it didn't drop off, and is more sensitive than it was before. Had everything not been so rushed and had everything been explained, I think I would have gone for the substitute option even though it was a lot more. I had some some research and most skin tag removals were coming in at between £150 and £200. I was only in the country for two weeks so have not had enough time to go back to the drawing board and find another option. One of the most disappointing things is that not once in their correspondence did the admin team say sorry. They have offered me a part discount on the excision, which they claim they never normally do, but the Groupon will not be refunded. Alas I will write this off and look for another option. Perhaps their other services are better, but don't use this Groupon option. Thanks.
