I’ve emailed 3 times with no response. I have not received my probiotic for several months, yet money is being taken out of my account monthly

Second time I’ve been asked to review a product that I haven’t received. Money has been taken almost a month ago now. Status: Paid / unfulfilled on the Link Nutrition website. My emails have not been replied to (and I’ve been patient). Have cancelled my subscription but would like my £24.95 back please.

I’ve used this company in the past without any issues. However, a few months ago they only sent part of my order. When I contacted them, they explained the missing item was out of stock and offered me a refund. I decided to give them another chance and placed a new order on 11/08. It’s now 03/09, I’ve sent two follow-up emails, but received no response and still no product. Unfortunately, it seems something has gone wrong with this company.

Update: I received the outstanding items 3 months later.

I only received part of my order, I have emailed Link Nutrition several times but they have not responded at all. They did not send the outstanding items and have not refunded the missing items.

My tablets are on a rolling monthly order and I get notified in advance when they are being prepared then another notice of dispatch. They arrive in plenty of time delivered by royal mail.

Good customer service when faced with checkout problem. Fast despatch and well packed.

PITIFUL customer service. I cancelled my subscription, but they keep taking the money. I’ve written countless times but they don’t even acknowledge my emails. Absolutely pathetic…

Still no delivery item & no emails response from anyone!
I am really annoyed… my item was placed last Friday 31st January. It is now Friday evening 7th February
What is going on.

After having two payments taken I still haven’t received my order and am now looking elsewhere as it is affecting my wellbeing by not having the probiotics I ordered. I will keep emailing until you either refund my payment or send the two orders I’ve paid for. I have already emailed three times with no response.

Placed order on 12th December, still have not received my delivery. I have been taking their probiotic for a long time but no communication regarding where my parcel is.

Link deliver my supplements bang on time every month. They let me suspend my subscription whenever I need to and the site is very user-friendly so I can keep on top of my account easily. The supplements are not overpackaged but are secure. Plus still works out cheaper than buying a similar supplement from a high street store.

I ordered products, ordered went through took payment instantly, got a confirmation email and then that was it! after waiting more than a week, I emailed to check if the items had been dispatched as I had heard nothing. no reply to the email. I left it 3 more working days and emailed a 2nd time. after 2 days this email was responded to to say that the items I had ordered were out of stock (yet were still available and still are on their website to purchase!!) They are now refunding me. Items purchased 9.9.24 and refunded after me communicating with them only on 28.9.24 (the refund was very quick and did come with an apology but if i hadn't messaged them repeatedly I wouldn't have had that refund, apology or the products). this is extremely frustrating as the products themselves are absolutely fantastic, they work great and really help the body - best I've found so far. unfortunately, their customer services, communication and organisation department is severely lacking that they've lost a customer.

Well, the products are good, if you can buy them. But I placed an order online, and it said it would be shipped the same day. 5 days later it still hadn't been shipped. I emailed, no reply, and phoned, not answered. I then received a refund a few days later, but still no explanation. I understand that companies have supply issues sometimes, but complete silence when a customer has already paid for a product just isn’t acceptable.
