I had an issue when trying to purchase, but Linsy Customer Support got it sorted for me. My order shipped quickly after that, and my 13 boxes arrived safe and sound. Set up is easy and straight forward. I'm a busy guy, so I still have a couple of boxes to go. I purchased and 8 seat configuration for comfortable home theater seating. The console is perfect for holding drinks and the reversible table is great for charging my tablets and phone. There is so much storage available under the seating that I was able to free up drawer space by storing sweaters there. It's comfortable, the seats are firm and not saggy, which for me is a plus. They are more than comfortable to sit thru a binge viewing of whatever you like watching. I really couldn't be happier.

All the boxes did not arrive and the texture of the couch is horrible

Couch arrived fairly fast and everything was packed.So accurately we enjoy the couch and everything about it.I did wish that the color that I thought we were getting was a little bit lighter than what we got.I thought we were going with a light gray, and then we ended up getting the darker gray, but maybe I had just misread it in the picture.

Ordering was super easy. The entire order arrived on 2 separate days, but everything was accounted for and correct and technically arrived a few days ahead of schedule. Assembly was so easy and I love that an extra screw and tool was provided in every single box.

Didn't receive the full order and received stained cushions upon opening the packages with no damage to the outside of the packages just stained cushions on the inside.

I was having an issue with a wobbly back and contacted customer service. I sent them a video of my issue and they quickly responded, sending out replacement parts. They made this easy and seamless. Excellent customer service. And the design of the couch allows for so much storage, I couldn’t be happier

I ordered my LINSY Home couch and received it in a matter of days. I was surprised how quickly it got here. When I received my shipment I realized that I had ordered the wrong fabric. I immediately sent a message through the Linsy Home chat on their website and got a response the next day. They were incredibly professional and even though I had made the mistake and it wasn’t on them they still gave me multiple options to make it right. It didn’t take long to assembly the furniture. I did it by myself and they looked amazing in my space and are super comfortable. The family loves them and we have 3 young kids who want to be in the living room because they love the couch! Ivy and Mazy thank you very much. 10/10 would recommend but Don’t be like me. Just double check before you buy! 😁😂

I watched a lot of videos on this product and what I liked most was the many configurations you can have. I paid extra for the Chenille Performance material; and not only is it more comfortable, spills don't really seep into the pillow. The pillow itself is covered in a material that stains can't destroy. This company really knows what it's doing and puts out a great product. The price is worth it!

Our new sectional is everything we were looking for. Our family loves our new seating area and love how comfortable and easy it is to change our layout on the fly. We needed a top of the line product that was durable and can hold up to our wild kids and pets and something that allowed us make it fit our area. This checked all those boxes and the assembly was super easy. Delivery came fast and we we are very happy.

Linsy is definitely producing and promoting a great couch. I've reviewed quite a few and kept finding myself coming back to this one. It was a breeze to put together by myself and shipping was quick.

We had to order a replacement cushion after an incident with our dog. The cushion arrived super fast! I love our Linsy couches (yes couchES). They have great storage, great movability and flexibility and stand up to life's challenges perfectly! If any replacement piece or addition is needed it arrives SO quickly!

The Rubik III sofa was easy to assemble, my family is very happy with the sturdy build and comfort. The storage provided under each seat is a bonus and helps as an additional storage unit.

I got two storage ottomans and a consul on super discount. Value can’t be beat and they are sturdy pieces that have been holding up to daily use in a house with two big dogs. They were easy to assemble. When anything is plugged into the consul it leaves the cords on top of the consul so you can’t use the table very well, and the wood side of the consul top showed up a little banged up. But again for the price I can’t complain too much! We’ve been enjoying our pieces.
