Great service and communication from ordering to delivery . Highly delighted with the mattress.

A fantastic bed company with an extensive showroom and very helpful staff.
We were able to browse at our leisure with no heavy sales pressure but we we needed help or advice it was readily available.
We chose our beds were given a delivery date and everything arrived as scheduled.
Once again the delivery staff were very friendly and helpful and assembled our beds exactly where we wanted them.

Guys arrived in the time frame stated with a call 30mins before arrival. They introduced themselves and were very friendly and communicative, they worked efficiently and placed bed were we required and removed all packaging.

Excellent customer service from Linthorpe Beds. Sales Assistant was very informative, gave us all the information on choosing the right bed for us.

This is the second time I've ordered from Linthorpe and the reson for that is simply great service and a first class product. Both have been special sizes and each time these have been a perfect fit. The people are so polite and helpful too. Don't hesitate to order from Linthorpe, you won't be disappointed.

Would have been 5 stars but linthorpe beds insist customer bags up and seals old mattress ready for removal. No other bed shop asks customers to do this.

The only reason that this was not 5 star was the wait we had for the correct headboard

Not jumped on when we arrived, hate it when assistants do that.

We asked for guidance as there are a lot of beds in the store and were shown several to try of varying prices until we found the mattress we wanted.

Got a call about date of delivery. Called about 30 minutes before they arrived and mattress carried in and put into place.

From going to the showroom and picking our bed we paid £25 for them to take our old mattress away and got told that iff we did not need for them to uplift it we would get our £25 back.The day of delivery we received a text giving an estimated time of delivery when the driver was half an hour away we received a call to let us know.We told the driver we did'nt need the old mattress uplifting within 10mins we received a call from the store saying our £25 was being refunded ,from ordering to receiving the delivery people were fantastic also absolutely brilliant service would recommend and the showroom is absolutely packed with beds

The whole experience with this company was good. Firstly to find EXACTLY what I was looking for, then for someone to actually pick up a phone and ring to check if I knew what the mattress was like, in this day and age where speaking to people is pretty rare, I thought was excellent!
