I was very impressed with the customer…
I was very impressed with the customer care that was shown. When I ordered my pillows, I chose the delivery date. Because the courier was then unable to fulfil their delivery, I received a call from Mattresses 365 to apologise for the delay, even though the issue was out of their control. I have never had this happen before and was very impressed. The pillows arrived the next day, well packed and in good condition. I highly recommend this company for its exceptional standards.

King bronze 1500
We’ve ordered the same mattress my nephew has.
It’s thick and mayb a little too firm but I like it, my husband needs a little time. I’m a tummy sleeper and he’s a back sleeper.

Great service, fast delivery and the mattress arrived rolled up. Very easy to use website, sensible prices and a great selection too. We visited a shop in our local town, the matresses were between £800 to £2.5k!! I would definitely buy from Matresses 365 again.

Good price, efficient service
Very straightforward to order the mattress we wanted (deepsleep silk 1000), and to specify a delivery date. As stated, we got a two hour window the night before and a call 30 mins before delivery. The guys put the new mattress where we wanted it and removed the old one, all within 10 - 15 mins. We haven't had long enough to fully comment on the mattress, but it is very comfortable at the stage. Would use mattresses365 again, and would recommend.
