We’ve used Linxup for our GPS tracking for 5+ years. The service works great as it should and appreciate the engine codes/notifications. The staff is ALWAYS easy to work when we’ve needed to add to change devices.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, they will refuse to cancel contracts for non performance and automatically renew without advising, then try and sue for payment. Event recorders fail and consistently disconnect with little support in resolving technical issues. Video is only available for several days if retrievable....not a good solution.

do not work with them

let you know you should not work with this company because they will not give you any refund or they will not help you anything so make sure you are not working with this linxup

wasted time, wasted money, no services provided that work properly

After a lot of time searching for the best economical choice for my company, in comparison to the offerings I chose to do business with linxup. I entered a 3 year agreement that was sold through Garrett, who prides himself on being a 6 year tenured employee with Linxup. His sales pitch was effective and sealed the deal. I was able to reach him with questions, upon receiving our equipment, which arrived promptly, there were issues with install that prevented one of the cameras from working in one of my trucks. After several helpful tests and inquiries from their technical support, it was determined there was a faulty wire. This was replaced. We finally had functional services. My driver, also my husband was able to finally log-in to the Apollo ELD app. What was not explained, was that this company although American owned, utilizes a company not American run to facilitate their app. Not an issue, until their technical department has to continuously speak to their additional support to correct an issue with IOS devices. It was made clear we could use our own devices at sign up. My company utilizes apple products which runs off of IOS not android. Due to the issue that is on-going with IOS at this time we are not able to utilize the services until this is corrected. I have been with this provided for over 2 weeks and have YET to be able to utilize what I am paying for. This is completely unacceptable being this is affecting legally required tracking of my business operations. My company is due for our safety audit by the DOT and this is impacting our records. Additionally, this is impacting me being able to properly track my vehicles, which is required by many brokers that we obtain our business from, thus impacting my revenue. We are a new business and this type of impact can potentially shut my business down! After HOURS on the phone with a foreign country and FINALLY being able to be connected with the sales department, and FINALLY being able to connect with Garrett again. I was IMMEDIATELY greeted with rudeness with his first words to me being "I hear you are upset because you are stating i mis-sold you something" to which he proceeded to call me Carey, despite after MULTIPLE TIMES of telling him that wasn't my name. Once he finally got my name correct, and it was apparent, he was NOT willing to reasonably listen to me as the customer, nor provide the decency to even know my name. I requested his supervisor. To which he said oh there's not one until Monday. I finally received ANOTHER sales agent, who was MUCH more communicative, wasn't trying to throw their 6 year experience with his company in my face and actually talk me through my frustrations, I was able to determine there was a 30 day cause out of my agreement. Unfortunatley that call was then disconnected and after over 2 hours on the phone. I decided to hold off the fight for what is right until Monday. This has been the worst experience, I'm paying for something I have not been able to use, I have been utterly disrespected, my business is left exposed for fines and experiencing loss of business because of the lack of access and being able to have proper utilization. Nor can we receive any inkling of when this will be resolved. only if you have droid devices you will be able to get in. I'm not changing my phone set-up for my business to accommodate yours when I was sold that I would have no issues using my own device. I want to speak to a member of management who can release me from this agreement and move on. I will not be bullied to stay when you have not provided the services you sold. So I guess you're correct Garrett. You mis-sold me... even though I never stated that. I stated I was sold a service I cannot use. Call it what you want. But at this point I paid money for NOTHING, and I've lost money waiting on them to get it right. CALL ME LINXUP since you couldn't rectify this in the HOURS I have spent on the phone. No I will NOT restart my phone again, no I will not install and uninstall the app again. I AM DONE!

Completely deceptive in their…

Completely deceptive in their practices. We initially signed up for a 3 year contract for our small company of 4 vehicles. Our contract is up in five months so we asked about buying it out. When we did, they said we had ten devices and 3 different contracts. We've never signed another contract outside of the first one.

We've had to have a few devices replaced when they quit working, one because it was stolen. Everytime they replace a device they don't tell you this but they sign you into a NEW contract. According to them we have three separate contracts going into 2025! This is so underhanded and sneaky, we never agreed to this and the cameras were supposed to be under warranty.

No apologies, no proof of these "contracts". Steer far clear of these people, they're dishonest and will rob you blind. Wish we'd never signed up for their services.
