Hi,

We’re really sorry to hear that your items didn’t fit as expected, and even more so that you’ve had trouble getting in touch with us. That’s far from the experience we want to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the lack of response.

While we’re currently operating with a simplified return process to reduce waste and make things more efficient, the fact that you didn’t receive clear instructions, or any follow-up despite multiple attempts, is completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for that.

We’ve now located your order and confirmed that your refund has been processed. The amount should reach your original payment method within the next few days, depending on your bank or card provider.

You don’t need to return the item, we’d never want to inconvenience you further after all this trouble.

We’re a young brand going through a period of very fast growth, and while that’s exciting, it’s also exposed some gaps in our systems that we’re now actively fixing, especially around customer support. Your feedback is being heard, and it’s helping us build something better.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had, and we completely understand your frustration, receiving a faulty item and then feeling ignored when you reach out is incredibly disappointing, and we take full responsibility for that.

We’ve now processed a full refund for your order, and the amount should appear back on your original payment method within a few days, depending on your card provider. You do not need to return the item.

This situation is absolutely not what we want for any of our customers. We’re a growing brand and, while we’ve been working hard to improve our logistics and customer support, we clearly fell short in your case, and for that, we’re sincerely sorry.

Hi Daisy, thank you for your honest feedback and we’re really sorry that the jeans didn’t meet your expectations.

The buttonhole design you mentioned is how our supplier currently manufactures the item, closed intentionally so it can be adjusted for comfort and fit. That said, we understand this isn’t the standard in the UK, and we’ve already requested that future pieces be sent ready to wear.

We’ve processed a full refund for you and there’s no need to return the item. We're also looking into improving the overall quality of this model.
