This company is beyond 0..they need to be reported as it is all fake merchandise..going under the raulph Lauren logo..ordered 2 jumpers for over £60..they came today after a month or so...omg...terrible just terrible quality a sticky raulph Lauren logo on front which will come off in the first wash...no label on inside even...do not order from this place..totally bad scammers..I'm gonna try and email the real company to let them no about this so they can maybe shut them down?...so annoyed I got scammed.

I have tried to contact the service department for 2weeks. No response!

I purchased a sweater/shirt and when I finally received it I was very disappointed. Nothing like the picture on their website site. Material so thin you can see through it. I would t not pay $10 for it let alone $80. They even try to associate their product with Ralph Lauren by putting the Lauren logo on the front.
I know Ralph Lauren products and they are superior products.

Quality of item was nothing like that shown in the picture. Just a very poor quality copy where even the logo was just ironed on.

Sent an email 5 days ago for a return and refund and no reply

I bought a Lirois' promotional clothing, a half zip jumper with the brand name of R&L. The reduced price is approx. £34 from almost £100. However, Upon the delivery, I found the jumper is not good in quality as expected or showing on Lirois website. Poor fabric quality with similar logo of renowned Ralph Lauren but using the brand name R&L to cause misleading perceptions. No brand name tag on collar, the package is like the one bought from Temu with grey courier bag. Extremely disappointed.

After followed up with Lirois, the item was 55% refunded while I keep the shit because if I need to have a full refund, I need to send the package back to Brasil instead of the UK.

This item made with poor quality from China is not recommended.

This website is fraudulent advertising. Pictures of quality clothes then they send fake mock ups with cheap material. Im surprised they are not sued for stealing images from large corporations.

My husband bought 2 tops, paid nearly £50. They were shocking, clearly fake and horrible material. Trying to get a refund was hopeless and even i eventually gave up! Please don't buy from this company

Blatantly fake products ( bad, cheap fakes as well ) . Products shipped from China . No customer service at all. Refund only after a dispute raised with bank

Title: Misleading Refund Process – Return to Brazil for a UK Order!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lirois.

I purchased items in GBP assuming it was a local retailer. Only after applying for a refund did I find out that I had to ship the return all the way to Brazil — it was not mentioned in the refund policy.

Despite following all their instructions and sending proof of shipment, I received only items refund. They refused to refund the shipping cost, even though they had clearly promised to do so once proof was provided.

The whole process was slow, confusing, and deceptive. Communication is inconsistent, replies take days, and they avoid responsibility at every step.

Avoid Lirois — Poor communication, and unreliable refunds.

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. I ordered a jacket from them and the picture and description said a jacket. What I received was a flimsy cheap shirt that only similarity is that it's the same colour as the jacket.
Do not buy from this company.
