The aides are working just fine, but. However, at the behest of the rep I opted to get both the right and the left even though I am only deaf on the right. They promised to send me a replacement arm for the right aid the would allow me to use it in the left ear as a back up. Sounded great, however I have yet to receive the additional part with which to do that. I cannot refer the service for this reason.

They work great hearing is better I can hear things I never heard before

Im on the bubble so far. I have only had mine a week but They only seem to amplify sound. Everything sounds very, very, robotic or like someone is talking to me through a megaphone. The service people have been great so far. I listened with one of my dads hearing aids today he got from somewhere else. The sound quality was much better and natural sounding. Im going to give them another week and see if they adjust any better. You cant beat the price. But I dont want to be paying for 24 months and still hear like a robot.

I like the hearing aids.But need some more earbuds

Honestly, this company is totally customer oriented. The reason I contacted them in the first place is because a friend of mine had purchased hearing aids from them and told me about it.

I liked the fact that the aids were affordable and my friend was pleased with her purchase and most important, she could now hear me when we were having a conversation.

HOWEVER, I couldn't hear her (I took a lip reading class when I was in 3rd grade, but it didn't help now).

So I took advantage of their program which allowed me to pay in installments and I'm a happy camper I tell you.

These people are available as far as I know, 24/7 as I've called them at all hours of the day (or nights) - mostly to order extra batteries - and their Customer Support Department people are always available and so extremely helpful.

If you're having problem hearing, I can assure you that this is the company you want to contact. Although I have had no problems with my hearing aids purchased from Listen Clear, (and neither has my friend who originally told me about Listen Clear) their policy, as I understand it, is there if a problem, they'll make it right.

For once in my life I made the right decision. You could ask my ex-husbands but they're all dead now so you'll have to take my word for it.

ListenClear is a great company with a great product! Everyone was helpful, patient and honest from the very first phone call, through questions and concerns we had months later. Every issue that my 94 year old mom has had, has been dealt with quickly and easily to wverone’s Satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and their product!

The hearing aid battery compartment door irritates my ear causing a painful bruise. Also I had them adjusted for my hearing loss but they still just seem to amplify everything.

Initial service was prompt and responsive. It would help to have online resources available for any problem resolution or to acquire parts and service. Currently as I know all customer services are only available through phone contact. This was my experience when I had to have a connector replaced for one hearing aid. My needs were handled efficiently but online contact would have been more convenient. Now I need ear bud replacements. How do I contact ListenClear?

ListenClear has answered all of my questions, and sent information that I did not get at first.

It took me a long time to like the listen clear, it still annoying to hear the pitchy sound until now. You will keep presssing the black button until you will get the exact volume you want, there’s no number that you see, sometimes you’re in a rush that will have no patience to use it. Not 100% satisfied

I'm unhappy with the customer service I've received from ListenClear. I have been unhappy with my listenclear hearing aide and I called them to see what could be done. They said that they would let me know when an improved hearing aid was available and I've never heard from them since.
The hearing aide seems to be just an amplifier. There is no clarity of sound and I miss what is being said much of the time because it is muffled. I also find that background noise is very annoying and there's no way to eliminate it. I would also like to be able to turn off my hearing aide at times while wearing it, and cannot do so without removing it. I'm very dissatisfied with this hearing aide.

These hearing aids were good ones for my husband. He had a problem with the tips tearing, but that may have been because his ears produce surplus wax. Thank you for your good customer service.

I would recommend Listen Clear products to anyone who would like a quality hearing device at a reasonable price. After two years, my hearing aids are working fine and I couldn't be happier hearing what I was missing.

I need to be able to get new ear inserts for my devices. the slim ones so how do I get them

ListenClear made my mother's hearing aids affordable and provided simple instructions about how to use them.

I never knew my left ear was losing hearing. My right ear had lost sound many years ago and surgery didn't help. I chanced upon ListenClear and decided to try it. Although it did not help my right ear due to the stapes wire, the left ear was blissfully hearing again. Now secrets have to be told in another room. Haha. Very pleased with my aid. Thank you.
