Thie product quality is very good but their service is very very bad they charge 100 ruppee for exhange for size and return they will make you suffer till end they do not have a proper customer care and they deliver product in eternity

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. My product was supposed to be delivered in 1 week from the date of order. But everyday the delivery date would just get postponed and this went on for like a month. You cannot call these people, the only way on communication is through whatsapp and email, to which also they do reply at all. The entire process was extremely infuriating. Even the return process is very frustrating.

I ordered something from little box and paid for the order but the order wasn’t confirmed from their site. I contacted the customer support through WhatsApp and their customer service is horrible. They reply very late and make you wait for 1-2 days before replying. Although I got my money back ( because it was a bank error ), the person who assisted me was awfully rude. Think twice before ordering.

It is a great place to shop at. Loved their service and I was surprised to finally see my order because I had totally forgotten about it like no cap. It made me burst into tears to see that the dress which I ordered was not the same, but it was even better!!! I was totally slaying that dress, clock ittt. It is emotional to even talk about it.

One of the worst scammed company takes customers money delays in exchange and they will advise we will cancel and refund the amount but they will not refund your money. And with that they will use customers money to post fake reviews and add promotion. Seriously see companies but not a beggar company like them who can't even afford to refund customers money which does not belong to them. It's been more than 2 weeks and still they have not refunded my money no one will reply on WhatsApp no number to call. Such companies that don't have a customer care number this clearly states it's a big scam that they are running. Dont do business with them #scam.
