The cakes all tasted the same (very sweet) banoffee and red velvet particularly were bad. The sign I ordered which was supposed to be individual candles spelling out Happy Birthday instead spelt Happy... Mehr ansehen

The recipient was extremely impressed with how they were wrapped in a silver sleeve with a cool bag , how beautiful they looked & with info saying what flavours there were . They tasted really good & she said she had kept the info to use the company herself in future

I had this cake for my 60th birthday.The cake was absolutely delicious, and every single guest loved it! It was beautifully packaged and arrived right on time. I couldn’t be happier with my order. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend this company to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered a vegan selection for my daughter’s birthday and they were all delicious, even non vegans commented on them. Arrived day before event as advised on website and were packed very well. Stored in fridge before the event, will certainly recommend them and will buy again. 👍

We’re sorry to hear that the size of the cakes was not what you expected. The dimensions of our Little Cakes are clearly provided on every product page. Each Little Cake measures approximately 5cm tall and 4cm in diameter, with a recommendation of 2 to 3 cakes per adult and 1 to 2 per child, depending on the occasion. This information is readily available on our website to help customers choose the right quantity for their needs.
Our team is also always happy to answer any questions before you place an order if you’re unsure about the size, servings or anything else.

So disappointed
I placed an order for my Granddaughter's Birthday in 6 days time. Nothing arrived. It was difficult to find a way to contact them....eventually got through using a WhatsApp message. The reply I got from them asked me how I would like them to proceed? Obviously I would like the order sent to my Granddaughter. I got no reply; and now over 8 days later I am still waiting for confirmation that the cakes have been sent. I don't think they have! A special treat for her Birthday Party has not happened and I am almost £30 out of pocket!

A missing cake
I was embarrassed and disgusted when my daughter opened the boxes of cakes I had ordered for her party, as there was a cake missing!! Just an empty compartment! This was a very expensive omission especially as the cakes themselves were tasty but really tiny. One bite. I shan’t order any more cakes from this company

I sent these to my sister in the uk as a pick me up, and she said:
“They were delicious! And all the flavours so different. We really enjoyed them”
I had a good experience with purchasing and delivery. I’ll be back to order again.

Look elsewhere if you want to get your cakes for a special occasion!
If you’re thinking of ordering for a special occasion- would recommend looking elsewhere.
I ordered for my husbands birthday, cakes never arrived, had to chase customer services who finally responded after 2 days to offer me “a full refund as a gesture of goodwill”. They don’t seem to care that the entire point of the order was for a birthday party which they didn’t fulfil the order on. They blamed Royal Mail, not willing to take any responsibility even though the order was with the business. Poor service. I understand things go wrong but this was handled poorly and has left an even more bitter taste in my mouth.

Our bakery was closed over the weekend, which impacted our response time, but we did care deeply about resolving the issue once we became aware of the problem.

If I could give less stars, I would..
We ordered 36 cupcakes for delivery 10 days from the date the order was placed. We specifically requested Saturday delivery as it was an important birthday.
It got to 4pm Saturday with no communication from Little Cake co. and no sign of the cakes so emailed them. They responded 2 days later offering delivery that week... it was too late!! We had to go out and get a shop bought cake.
The cakes ended up being delivered on the Wednesday of the next week.. so disappointing!
We were offered a £10 voucher in compensation.
1. The shop bought cake i had to get cost more than £10 so doesnt even cover that expense.
2. Why would I go back to a company that let me down so massively?
Such poor service and disappointing efforts in resolving. Will not be going back.
