I am so pleased with our beautiful play mat from Little Fae! It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and comes with helpful care instructions. Our baby daughter happily plays and lies on it. We have great confidence in the thickness, quality and comfort of the mat. Equally just as comfy as an adult to sit/kneel on it as it supports you too. The best customer service and value for money!
I have ordered with Little Fae 3 times and have received exceptional customer service each time, with responses to my emails not only on the same day but within minutes! I have contacted customer support regarding delivery timescales and also regarding stock of a certain design mat and have been met with friendly, helpful responses each time. The quality of the mats is amazing, so soft and makes me feel like my baby is safe when laying, crawling, climbing, walking (and tumbling)! I hoover my mats regularly and they have withstood this (without me following the care instructions 100%), I have had them over 12 months now and there's no damage. The best luxury play mats on the market and definitely value for money compared to competitors. I won't buy similar products from elsewhere. Thanks Little Fae!

Arrived super fast. Beautiful mat that feels so lovely. Although it was intended for the baby, our whole family (husband, 5 year old and 1 month old) have adopted it for their own purposes - mostly just to hang out on as it’s so comfortable!

Beautiful mat
Great communication from the team when I needed a tracking number to arrange redelivery of my luxe mat. Arrived well packaged and with easy care instructions.
The mat itself is amazing, so comfy and I've spent more time on the floor today than I usually do with my son. Beautiful print that is far more subtle than the other more famous playmat brand. This mat is also thicker but better value than the other brands.
If I had 1 small criticism it would be to do with parcelforce who are the couriers. Terrible communication from them via a half filled in card, having missed their 1st attempt at delivery, then a 2nd random attempt after I'd already chosen a new date.
