I have received all orders in timely manner. The last one took longer than expected, but you sent an email asking if it had been received yet, which I appreciated. Two days after I sent you an email explaining that I had not received my coins yet, and wouldn't you know it, they were delivered the next day! I would recommend you to anyone that asked.

As usual my order was the quality I expected and was delivered when promised.

I'm pleased with the coins and the service. I've dealt with Littleton before and they're a good company to do business with.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received from Littleton Coin Company.

I understand that situations happen, and I was completely willing to move forward, pay what I legitimately owed, and work with the company to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I did not feel like the representatives were willing to work with me or even take the time to understand my situation.

Instead, I felt dismissed and treated poorly when I was simply trying to find a reasonable solution. Good customer service should involve listening to customers, understanding the circumstances, and making a genuine effort to resolve problems—not making the customer feel like they are the problem.

I am not refusing to take responsibility for what I legitimately owe. I was willing to work through the situation. What I am not willing to accept is being treated disrespectfully and being charged for circumstances that were outside of my control.

I'm giving Littleton Coin Company the lowest rating because my experience was unacceptable. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve how customers are treated.

1 star for now. Prove me wrong and show that your company is capable of providing better customer service.

This was a really good order except there was some dust in the proof set. But otherwise, it was awesome!

The coins were exactly as advertised.

After a little confusion (on my part), Littleton was patient and with me and got things right. Always professional and helpful. Very pleased with them. They helped me complete several collections of coins that were hard to find at a reasonable price.

I received a part of my order. I returned a 1928-S Lincoln cent and DID NOT RECEIVE THE 1924-S that I ordered. Both coins were paid for and I have NOT heard anything from Littleton Coin. It's been two weeks since I mailed the 1928-S.

Other than finding out about them via a 'news article, nothing really to tell....
Found several items in looking through their website, ordered and recieved in a timely manner.
Only thought is would rather they use a more secure shipping as 'standard' vice USPS unsecured mailing....

Easy to order from the web site and quick delivery

I have always been pleased with what I got from Littleton. I wanted some uncirulated 2026 coins for my collection. Especially half dollars as you are basically the only place to get them.
