DONT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a Christmas sweater two months before Christmas. It showed up after Christmas and was the wrong item. Tried for a refund and was told the warehouse processed what was given them so it must be right. Stuck with a 4x Golf sweater and put nearly 50 bucks. Angry at myself for not checking reviews first.

Good quality material..The shipping time was a little long, but my order arrived before I needed it.

Company is a scam. They are a business operating out of Canada and china. Shows up on credit card as tshirtshoppingonline dot com, that is a fake url. Every effort to contact this company has failed either through their support email, or phone number. Do not pay anything to this company.

It's hard to review a product being shipped to me when it's been almost a month since I ordered it and it still has not arrived!

Our order still hasn’t arrived and the party we bought them for to wear has since passed. I reached out to their customer service email and the address did not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a fraud and now I am out a couple of hundred dollars.

This place is a complete rip off, ordered an ugly Christmas sweater which they sent a completely different item than ordered. The whole process took over a month so didn’t even get to use it for the holiday party. Would not issue refund, just wanted to send correct one which will take another 3+ weeks to arrive.

Order came just in the nick of time! I was so pleased the estimated shipping time was correct. Sweater got lots of compliments!!

Wrong order and no response from customer service

Wrong delivery. Instead getting the heyhey Christmas sweatshirt...I end up getting a different sweatshirt that I've never oder

The product came late. It was the wrong size. It had no label attached to the sweater. When shipping notice came, the first note was that the item had just left China and was in route. I requested to return item. They would not send a return label. They wanted pictures of the front and back of sweater, the label on the product (which didn't exist) and picture of shipping label. Once done, they wrote back and said I would have to mail back on my dime and since it was an international return it would be expensive and suggested I keep the unwearable sweater and buy another in a larger size ( even though I told them it was too large ?) and they would give me 10% off. As if I would order anything from them again.

Haven't received product yet. Entirely dissatisfied.

Ordered three sweaters on Dec. 1 and have no shipping information. (two weeks later) I contacted customer service and they said it takes 5-7 days to process the order (their website says it takes 3) and then 10-15 days to ship. I was provided a shipping number but was told even that would take days to update. Apparently it looks like the product is coming from China. Not Texas which is where the company facebook page says it is located. Not Wyoming which is listed on their website under the contact us headline. The company needs to be honest about its shipping time upfront when you order. The whole thing is ridiculous.

This is the cutest sweater for my son! Fit as expected.

The product is excellent. The double label for this order caused me a lot of concern. No reply was given to my inquiry. I might suggest extra effort be made to get labels correct and reply to your customer when an issue is made.

Still haven’t received the item and the company is sending me emails asking me to rate the company and another asking me to rate the product. Pretty ridiculous

Your shipping is a joke. I ordered on Nov 15th. It’s now Dec 2nd and the sweatshirt is still not here. I checked the shipping policy before I purchased because my son needed this for the Christmas parade…that was last night. It’s ridiculous and I know this review will go nowhere, but i still feel the need to say that you might want to better inform people that your products are coming from China, not Texas, and shipping takes much longer than indicated on your site.

UPDATE: As soon as my credit card company looked into it, they're FINALLY replying to my emails and sent me a tracking number. My package was supposedly delivered yesterday, WHICH IT WASN'T, but now my credit card company isn't disputing the charge anymore because the merchant said I received my goods. So they lied and got to keep my money. Don't waste your time or money on this POS company. They're a scam.

Never received the package, or even a shipping notification/tracking number. Nobody responded to me with my questions or cancellation request. Been talking to my credit card company about getting my money back and how much of a scam this site is.

I was happy with the quality of the blanket, but the name personalization was incorrect. I received a blanket with the name Elizabeth for my daughter named Layla. I emailed the company up to 6 times with no reply in regards to correction. But I did however receive 3 separate emails asking me to review and rate the product. Very disappointed.

I ordered on Dec 5th. I have a tracking number but USPS still says it is awaiting info. I wanted this gift for Christmas. I have emailed Litzzy with no response.

I ordered a blanket and it took seven weeks to get here. When it arrived it was stuffed in a ball in the shipping bag. They never even put it in a plastic bag! The blanket is very thin and not what it looked like online. No address or return slip so I can’t even get rid of it. Very very disappointed!!
