Jen was fantastic throughout the day. She was very professional, yet friendly and delivered the course with ease and a fun approach. We will be using her services again.

We sent a number of administration staff, who all have daily contact with our customers but in different roles. Everyone enjoyed the course and the way it was structured allow them all to gain new skills to help with the part of their job they find difficult and gave reassurance that they are getting some parts right. The presentation slides will be a great tool for them to refer to in the future.

This is the first kind of course our company has undertaken, and Richard our instructor was brilliant! Adapting the course to our businesses specific needs and making the whole experience very interesting and engaging for all levels of the business!

The best customer service course I have seen. Excellent, thought provoking content to challenge individuals to deliver customer service excellence. The course contained a lot of tips and tricks to help improve customer care, all delivered brilliantly by the trainer.

The experience we had with Live and Learn from start to finish was excellent, we were kept well informed prior to the training and Richard Bibby gave us top notch training on the days that he delivered to us.

The course topic had the possibility to be very mundane, however this was not the case Richard made the topic entertaining whist also delivering the content required.

We will definitely be looking to use Live and Learn again for our training needs.

We started our training programme with a great Leadership Skills course run by Paul Kitchen. Not only was the content excellent, the way Paul managed both sessions made it even more impactful. His expertise, ability to involve everyone in the conversation, pertinent examples and relaxed while precise training style were truly enjoyed by all our colleagues. Thank you Paul!

Live and Learn from the get go have been professional, on the ball, pleasant and organised as a whole. Each individual I have spoken with along the way have all been as brilliant as the last. From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the bespoke training, we have been more than satisfied with the service we have received.
Marie was fantastic during the planning process and could not have been more helpful, from keeping in regular contact in the run up to the sessions, to preparing quotes, organising meetings to discuss bespoke training to meet our needs as a firm, to being generally lovely in all aspects.
Our trainer Andrew was fantastic, he captured our staff from the beginning to end of the sessions, he engaged everyone, included everyone and made his sessions interactive and fun (which is exactly what we asked for!) He was pleasant and charming throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble to ask of him.

We will definitely use Live and Learn again in the future as our experience with them has been 10/10 and the feedback we received from our staff was positive in all areas.

Lucas from Live and Learn Consultancy gave a fantastic training course for our managers within the business on Recruitment and Selection. Everyone took a lot from the session and found it extremely engaging.

The entire process, arrangement of the training was very well organised and went smoothly. Lucas who delivered the change management course for us was very interactive and were engaging with all of us. What impressed me was how well everything has been planned (Presentation style, activities etc) and delivered within the exact timeline. Our group enjoyed the session very much and found it v useful!
