Inconsistent amounts of food supplied in bags.
Raised legitimate concerns after receiving vastly inconsistent quantities of live blackworms inside the bags being sold and sent out to aquarists from week to week. Some weeks normal bags with a reasonable amount of worms in for the money you pay but other weeks bags contained easily 50-60% less worms in the bags yet they are sold at exactly the same price, go figure? Was offered no explanation initially just …we will give you a couple of extra bags next time free of charge but that’s not the point is it. It transpires this is how they are sent from the supplier some weeks? Take your chances if you order as it’s a lottery value for money wise. The Blackworm bags you receive are nothing like images/pictures of the bags on the website which seems like misrepresentation in my opinion. For me consistency/value for money are key factors for retaining customers as well as reasonable responses to legitimate order concerns. Hope this honest review helps someone - but unfortunately this will be my last order.
