I was in desperate need of some lily beetle spray from my garden, and my usual place didn't have any left. I found it hard to source somewhere else and came across this company that had it in stock.
I looked at trustpilot, like I always do with new companies, and had doubts about making an order due to the amount of bad reviews.
I can honestly say though, that I'm really glad I took a chance on this company. My lilies are going to be pest free this summer. The delivery time was fine, only a few days after ordering, it wasn't late and it was packaged well.

I recently purchased from this company for the first time. Honest opinion? The delivery was not the quickest BUT overall the range of products, price and, in my experience, the customer service were second to none. Yes, indeed, give this company a chance and don’t just be swayed by the negative reviews. I truly believe that most people would be very quick to leave negative reviews over petty things whereas if they are happy, they don’t bother to praise. I would definitely buy from them again.

This is an updated review. LiveMoor did correct their original poor service following contact and have delivered my item. I do understand that they have experienced an unexpected rise in demand for their products which they could not cope with, so everything suffered, including their customer communication. However, I do know that they are putting things in place to correct this. Give them a chance is probably the message here.

Ordered 25 kilo's of high quality beeswax, it arrived on time and in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my order and I received excellent communication as well I will definitely return.

Used Livemoor for a long time for candle wax. Slightly more expensive than direct from manufacturer but delivery service 10 times better. Realise they have had some issues recently which have been acknowledged and are being remedied. The overall review rating simply does not reflect how long this company has been providing excellent service with 5 star reviews.

We have used Livemoor for over 5 years and everything always turns up next day and without any hassle, often bailing us out at short notice with items that help us keep our production runs going. The main items we buy are waxes and citric acid.
Always great quality, speedy delivery and emails which keep you informed that is on the way.

Bought a couple of bird boxes but never turned up, they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my 3 emails asking when they will be delivered. Thankfully I used PP to pay for them so I will be refunded,l

No communication, avoid
I placed an order (No. 180368) on 29th March 2026 for 3 × Vanish Oxi Action Upholstery and Carpet Cleaner, and £27.41 was taken from my account immediately. The delivery option selected was Tracked 48, yet I have received no dispatch confirmation or any update on my order.
Since placing the order, I have sent two emails and left a voicemail, but have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially after taking payment.
At this point, I have no confidence that my order is being processed. If I do not receive an update or dispatch confirmation immediately, I will be seeking a full refund.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Website advertises 48 hr delivery. One of 4 items delivered 4 days later. No response to my email sent enquiring about the missing items. 2 of the 3 outstanding items arrived a further 3 days later again. One is still outstanding, now 10 days after placing the order - DPD tracking says that they have not received it. Yet a further email from me has not been responded to. Tried calling - it goes to voicemail.
In summary there is a non-existent customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

Order placed on 3rd March with 48hr DPD delivery. As of 18th March, no delivery and do not respond to telephone calls, emails or even Social Media.

I’m waiting on a refund for an item that was returned to them via Royal Mail. Tracking shows it was delivered to them on 9th March. They ignore all emails and phone calls - these only go to answerphone. I would never buy from them again. I will now have to raise the issue with my bank.

I would be very wary of using this company. I ordered up a Miracle Gro Rotary lawn seed spreader which duly arrived. On the good side it was competitively priced how ever I decided the drop seed spreader would be better for my size of lawn. Despite e-mails and voice messages to customer service requesting a returns number I have heard nothing. Very poor service
