I had a document notarized and it was not accepted by the state of IOWA as valid. I wasted $25.00 and now have a document notarized that goes in the trash. This was for a business and now I have to pay again, to get the document re-notarized!!

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
Please note that this review is for the platform, not directly to the user/notary. It is also important to contact your recipient to confirm that they are accepting documents done through electronic notarization prior to the notary completing your call.
I hope you will kindly reconsider the 1-star rating. We appreciate any and all feedback as this will help us improve our service.

Long wait, but very Efficient
Samantha, my notary, was professional, confident, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure working with her.
I did have to wait over 30 minutes for an available notary.
