The lettings advisor was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process. Always happy to answer any questions I had. Very friendly and warm. A pleasure to talk to.
The letting process itself was quick from the first call right upto getting the keys, it was a few weeks. Very straightforward.

Avoid this organisation
Very poor. I have email proof of the lies they tell you.
They are selling shared ownership homes at open market value but not giving full spec as per what the advert shows. When you challenge them for what you paid for they are rude and unprofessional, refuse to give you what you paid for.

Housing said they would have me moved…
Housing said they would have me moved due to severe adverese effects on my mental health the property has and would have me moved back out before Christmas under emergency measures over nearly 4 months later im still not moved im unable to get mental health support where i live due to the postcodes ive no support familly or friends wise ive no way to get transport i have multiple severe injurys that i need to be at the hospital for yet cant be for alot of the appointments due to the busses ive an emotional support dog and not allowed to get the bus due to my presentations in my mental state being so adverse at times i need help moving i need moving im too unwell being physically isolated and unable to seek my specialist care appointments ive got neighbours harrasing me constantly and dont manage when being stressed unreasonably

I've reported antisocial behaviour
I have reported incidents of antisocial behaviour on several occasions, including persistent noise disturbances, loud music, gaslighting, threats of harm, and concerns relating to domestic abuse. Despite these reports, I feel my concerns have not been properly addressed, and I have experienced what I believe to be a lack of transparency and communication, i was very obviously stonewalled.
In addition residents have received letters threatening outsourcing mantaintance of the same area, with no explanation, which is clearly malicious. I have also received repeated threatening correspondence regarding rent payments, despite being up to date and having no history of arrears.
I am further concerned about the conduct and professionalism of certain staff members, including the housing officer, who are toxic and pretentious which has contributed to an unhelpful and distressing experience. I am now going to the obundsman.

I have had a new bathroom fitted and it is beyond what I expected it has been finished to a high level and the workman (Sean)was fantastic told us what was happening every day, what time he would arrive and leave, clean and tidy throughout and very polite and respectful.

So this week I had a new kitchen…
So this week I had a new kitchen installed and I had Sean McDonald and Owen Williams attend . They were both so professional and respectful when it came to tidying up and keeping things safe after they finished each day . I can honestly say my kitchen is more than I expected , it was done / completed to perfection .
They also kept me up to date each day with what was happening and what was going to be achieved .
I had two autistic children in the house and they were nothing but patient and respectful of there needs

Absolutely love love love my new bathroom, karl Lewis fitted my bathroom, kept me up to date with everything he was doing each day, always asked if I was happy with his suggestions, which I was.. the panelling is so much nicer than tiles.. easier to keep clean, no mouldy grout to have to deal with.im so so happy..

The fitter James was very professional and hard-working, lovely bathroom very high Standard.And Gavin the boss is a lovely professional that puts my mind at ease About my worries. The Kitchen Fitter was a great bloke very competant and able to overcome unplanned difficulties in a skillful manner, Fitting, Flooring and Plumbing was definitely not above this guys ability.

I’m so happy with my new kitchen thank you very much. You employee ADAM who carried out the work was on time everyday and did an awesome job my kitchen, he made sure every thing was right and asked me if I was happy with the result & I was very happy with it. Darren lyons and Adraian
Darren lyons and Adraian, were absolutely amazing 👏 went above and beyond, clean, tidy, professional and made life much easier for me without a kitchen. The kitchen is finished to a high standard and looks incredible so pleased.. my floor was rotten mouldy from a previous leak and the stock cap and pipes were old rusty and leaking this was all replaced with new the horrible smell has finally gone! I cannot thank them enough for there friendly chatty and amazing work they have done they are a great team .
