Rather have antisocial behaviour than deal with it
Live West, the only housing association that has an absolute headfit if you dare challenge them on their response to antisocial behaviour despite it being in their tenancy agreements how they dont allow it and how you can report it. Yet they let families get away with their kids running with county lines, damaging people's property, and being about as antisocial as you can get yet when you have an old ironing board in the drive way waiting to be collected they write a snotty letter to you. They are an absolute joke of a housing association. If you are ever in a position where you need to report antisocial behaviour dont bother, despite having read recipient's on they deny ever getting evidence. They even push back against the local MP who has been contacted by numerous residents in the area about the issue, yet still nothing gets done.

As a housing association, we are committed to providing support to our customers and communities when we receive reports of ASB and take our responsibilities seriously when it comes to resolving issues. We are limited to what we can do in certain circumstances and for serious crimes the first point of contact for you should always be the police so that they are able to log the allegations and investigate where appropropriate. Our ASB and Enforcement teams will work alongside the police and we will take the appropriate actions when we need to. For less serious antisocial behavior the enforcement officers will work with customers to find a resolution, and although we know that it can sometimes be frustrating when it appears that it is taking time to get to the root of the problem, processes need to be followed in order to successfully resolve the issues. We can assure you that we are focussed on providing safe and peaceful home and communities. If you have any specific incidents that you would like to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Amazing! Kitchen Renovations!
We recently had a kitchen renovation done by a member of the Livewest team and the entire process has been nothing short of excellent. From choosing the colours of the cupboards, the worktops and the flooring, to the fitting of the kitchen itself. It’s been great.
Andy, who fitted the kitchen was amazing. He was respectful, informative and completed everything within a 4/5 day period, working completely solo, apart from when the Electrician and Plumber came (who were also fab). We felt completely at ease allowing Andy to stay and work in our home whilst we weren’t here and when we were here, he respected space.
Livewest have been my landlords now for over 6/7 years and in that time I can say they have been on point with any issues I have raised.

Just had kitchen refit. Extremely pleased with the outcome! Beautiful kitchen and flooring . The fitter colin bishop is multi skilled and very good at his job. Andy Smith the electrician was also very good and both very nice men to be around. Professional, kind and skilled. Thank you to all the team for your kindness and understanding of my disabilities. Work area was also kept clean and tidy while they worked and left in a clean condition for immediate use.

Stay polite and give clear information
Customer support officer was very helpful and polite, she fast tracked a electrical repair (exposed wires) and forwarded a request to the tech guys to reset passwords on the website. This was all completed within hours of my initial request. Very pleased with the service l received today.

Bathroom refurbistment
I had a bathroom refurbishment done by Shaun he done the job in a week, stripped out and everything made as good as possible on his own. Shout out to Shaun who done excellent, a professional job 100%, fantastic job. Shaun was absolutely fantistic. polite and friendly he explained everything he was going to do each day. The job he done. A thank you to the electrician and he's apprentice for the work they done. A biiiiig thank you Shaun for the work on my bathroom.

5 year property safety and quality checks
David Wood did my 5 yearly property safety and quality inspection yesterday and I couldnt rate his visit highly enough. As well as being incredibly efficient at checking all safety aspects of my home, he helped me to decide which aspects of my home would need reporting for minor repairs and would assist in future overhauls of parts of my home, ie, kitchen and bathroom. He also then went on to help me with setting up some local volunteer suppport for the local community near his office where I volunteer. His mannor was friendly, respectful and helpful and im really pleased it happened to be him who visited my home, as I feel, on this occasion, this staff member was by far the most in sync with my personal ethos regards wildlife and conservation wellbeing and was beyond helpful with other aspects of support offered by Livewest that some other residents may not be aware of.
