Today was the first time we visited LivHome. We was greeted by James , who was very welcoming , friendly, happy and didn’t pressure us. Thank you for being so paitent with us and finding us the perfect couch. If you are thinking of going I would definitely recommend James.

The delivery service was great. On time and left zero mess. Paul D & Jon turned up on the day we’d planned prior as well as within the estimated time slot. They rang shortly before they arrived to ensure I was in and once they turned up they got my bed installed with no stress. Very satisfied with the smooth process.

We came in twice to Livhome and was seen by Richard and he couldn't do enough for us. We had drinks whilst sat on the sofa we bought and was made sure it was all correct there was no pressure at all and we were made to feel like we had vip treatment. I would highly recommend this store and would highly recommend Richard. So when you go in just ask for him and you will definitely get the best service no hassle just great service.

Had a fantastic experience at Richard LivHome Furniture Shop! Richard was a great seller — very welcoming, helpful, and professional from start to finish. We were offered prosecco, beer, tea, coffee, chocolate, and snacks while browsing, which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and luxurious.

The shop smells amazing, and they even included an air freshener with sofa which was such a thoughtful touch. The customer service was outstanding and the atmosphere in the store was brilliant. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service!

I found the staff were most helpful and knowledgeable about the fitting of the chair I bought.
The delivery driver contacted me on the day before the chair was due to give a time slot and then I was phoned half an hour before on the day.
The driver fitted the chair and explained how the handset works.He was very professional.

Was very unsure about what I wanted and had loads of questions but Richard was super helpful and patient. I came back in 3 times to be sure what I wanted and he was able to take me through all the variables and make sure it was really clear what my options were and what I was getting. Wasn’t sure at first as the one I wanted was over budget but now I’m happy I went with Liv Home. Definitely recommend, great products and really great service.

Lovely in store experience in the Liverpool Aintree shop. Sales team are not pushy allowing time to view on your own but always there for advice and answering questions. Excellent coffee and nice token gift when completing order.

8-9 weeks wait as expected with a new sofa was slightly longer but the call centre made sure we were updated and facilitated delivery on an available date to fit around our busy work schedules.

Delivery men Paul D and Jon were great, setting up our new sofa exactly were we wanted it and kindly removing all waste packaging. They were also diligent in noticing a minor fault with the connection mechanism for our corner sofa and have arranged for someone to visit for this to be corrected. Top men gents!

Sofa itself is fantastic, can’t fault it at all. Well made and a very reasonable price for the quality.

Beautiful gifts so of course l had to order.
Beaurifully packaged smelt great when l opened the box.

I can't thank the wonderful staff enough at Livhomes Aintree Liverpool for all their help with the purchase of our new leather sofas. Such lovely, helpful people, especially Richard. So much help to us. Outstanding family business. Would highly recommend them. Martyn Griffiths, Liverpool.

When we went into the showroom, Bradley was really helpful. There if we needed it, but not too pushy. We ordered in mid Feb and the couch arrived yesterday - so just over 8 weeks, which was under what we were told. For delivery, Paul D and Jon cracked on and got it done in under half an hour. They were quick, efficient, and considerate.

Having bought couches before, we were a little wary, but I can’t recommend them enough. Oh, and the actual couch is so nice! Harper - it’s lovely.

The only slight niggle I had was being asked to fill in a Trustpilot review before the whole process had been finished. I understand as a newish brand, they want to build-up reviews, however I felt some pressure to submit one before we could accurately review and it also meant I wasn’t sure what reviews I could trust.

That said, now it’s all done, I can honestly say LivHome were brilliant.

Visited the store today with my Nan & auntie and Richard couldn't have been more attentive, helpful and pleasant.
The furniture in store is fabulous, Nana really wanted Burgundy cushions with a style of couch and they went above and beyond to make the colours and style available when it wouldn't have been normally.
Couldn't recommend the team there enough, thank you so much !

Great experience from start to finish. We first visited and were seen to by Richard who was very helpful. On second visit we were made to feel very welcome once more, offered complimentary drinks and both Richard and John made the process very easy!
