Unfortunately, my experience with Livin Estate Agents has been very disappointing.

We spent approximately six months progressing a property purchase, investing a significant amount of time, effort, and money into the transaction. Following a professional valuation and survey, it became apparent that the property had been marketed as a two-bedroom property when it was subsequently deemed to be a one-bedroom property. The property survey which was carried out raised serious concerns for us and ultimately led to our decision to withdraw from the purchase two weeks ago.

What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from Livin Estate Agents following our withdrawal. I emailed both the sales progressor and the company owner, clearly explaining our reasons for pulling out of the purchase, yet received no acknowledgement or response whatsoever.

While there is often sympathy for sellers when transactions fall through, buyers also invest considerable time, money and emotional energy throughout the process. A simple professional response would have been appreciated, particularly after six months of involvement.

Based on my experience, the communication and customer service fell well below the standard I would expect from a reputable estate agency.

Livin estate agents were amazing throughout the whole process of the move! Hannah was amazing and was so friendly and always answered emails so quickly. They helped me in so many ways and all of the staff at Livin were kind and helpful.

I've had a very good experience with the agency, in particular with Hannah. She was very helpful and quick to answe emails. The whole process of putting in an offer and securing the property went very smoothly.
