Ordered a dress for my birthday and paid express shipping and she literally didn't send it all. Every time I contacted her she didn't respond. Anyway, luckily I paid through PayPal, filed a dispute and got my money back. Definitely a scam company! NOT WORTH THE RISK!

I ordered a custom dress from LKS and honestly my experience at the start was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. I went to a tailor and got professional measured and sent her everything so my dress would fit as i had been saving up for it and it was for my birthday. However I got a notification that the dress was shipped right after we discussed making some changes. Since then she completely ignored me. the dress finally arrived and was so ill fitting at the top I genuinely couldn’t wear it as it flashed my whole chest. I messaged her and had to wait days for a response she told me to send her pictures which i did straight away then I never heard from her again that was on the 20th of August it is now the 3rd of november. I have tried numerous times to follow up with no response however she continues to post on her stories and main feed.

I have finally asked her to at least pay for the costs for me to go to a tailor to fix it as it was supposed to be custom and shouldn’t of needed me to get it fixed as drastically as i did.

I am so disappointed and so upset I lost all that money for a dress that doesn’t fit by a business that doesn’t care.

I placed an order with this designer because I absolutely fell in love with her dresses and proceeded to email her separately because I wanted my dresses costume made. I gave her the date I needed it by and asked her if I will get it by then she assured me I will, so I made my purchase as she seemed extremely sweet and assuring about it; even as excited as I was. The date comes and she didn’t even have the decency to respond and let me know my dresses won’t arrive in time after I had asked days prior. Since I got ignored I asked for a refund and she still ignored my emails but has been active on her IG page. Unfortunate for me I spent $315 and had to cancel my birthday plans because I didn’t get neither dress.
