Loved the easy, no-nonsense application!

I’m a number of weeks in with no bank…
I’m a number of weeks in with no bank account. I have made a complaint. The chap phoned and tell me I can see my account which is all very good for him to say but every time I try and logon it comes up with an error and I have no idea what my details are. That is not customer service that is rubbish.
Thanks for the reply, I did get a business bank in the end, NatWest opened one in the time it took you to reply.
