Don't use for business bannking!!!!
Still waiting for my business bank account details two weeks after being approved. Impossibe to speak to anyone on the phone within a reasonable timeframe.
How am I supposed to conduct business without a bank account? Then they have the cheek to threaten to close my other acount for putting business transactions through a personal account. There's no solution when you're banking with LLoyds. I'm moving all of my accounts elsewhere, this is ludicrous and taste of the digital hell planned for us all.

It was easy and straight forward to set up however i could have done with speaking to someone first to explain by Business requirements. Plus it said on my normal bank account that i would be entitled to £200 of amazon vouchers but since i've set mine up im not sure how to apply for them - could someone look in to this?

Whilst it took longer than I had expected, the telephone application process was well managed and I was kept informed throughout the process. Since opening the account is easy to operate online and works well.

Useless
Useless! Applied to open a Charity business bank account three times. When there were very minor corrections to be made on the application (for example, on one application, a new Trustee entered the registered business address rather than their home address by mistake on identity verification). Rather than simply requesting a correction, they cancelled the entire application.
Why would a bank make it so difficult to become a customer!?
