**Excellent service from James Gale at CardNet**

James Gale recently contacted me as our new account manager to discuss our account and asked whether we had any particular issues or pinch points.

I explained that our main frustration was with the handling of the occasional chargeback advice. Although we receive very few chargeback requests, these are sent by post to our registered office. As there is only a short response window, by the time they reach us there is often very little time left to respond, and there have been times we have been unable to respond and lost monies as a consequence

Before we had even had our scheduled conversation, James had already taken the initiative to help resolve the issue. He arranged access for us and also set up a daily email alert so we are notified whether or not there are any chargebacks.

This was excellent, proactive service. James understood the issue, acted quickly, and went above and beyond what was expected. A credit to CardNet.

I would just like to mention the outstanding service that Corrina provided me, she was excellent over the phone and honestly just a warm-hearted person!

We currently use a pay as you go through cardnet but felt that a contract would offer better value for money. Figures were provided based on our merchant use to compare. Due to the nature of our business it required authority from several people (other than myself). This was all done via email, which was easy to follow.
My customer contact was Hanna L. She kept me up to date with the process and called me as and when agreed. It was pleasant to speak with an individual who knew about the product and didn’t just read from a script.

Cardnet offers solid bank-backed reliability and good support.

Appalling service - avoid! Communication is non existant. Written information incorrect. No proper support available- just shrugged shoulders. Wrong information about registration led to unnecessary installs on computer which has messed my system up. Still waiting a month later to learn how to use their system. So many passwords ( some of which are laughably insecure) and log in levels. Avoid

I have had great support from the cardnet team especially Kelly always super helpfull and deal with my queries and always get resolved quickly the whole team have been realy helpfull.

Fantastic service. Extremely efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Other providers just didn't match up.

We moved our business to Lloyds Cardnet, it was very quick and easy for the whole company. Deepak Joshi was very helpful and guided us through the process making it as easy as possible!

Mostly clearly explained, but as a non techno person I found some things needed more explanation. This was dealt with satisfactorily.

The Cardnet team, Mr Michael Scott in particular, was hugely supportive on this journey. They provided the guidance we needed and went above and beyond our expectations.
We were updated at every stage of the process, making what could have been an incredibly stressful experience seem very straightforward.

We returned to Cardnet after a brief 18 months with another supplier. Originally with Cardnet for nearly 40 years and now glad to be back. There is always a person to speak to if any queries arise - cannot fault the service.
