It was a pleasure dealing with Lloyds. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Items were dispatched as promised and received nicely gift packaged, I would definitely use Lloyds family jewellers again.

My husband bought me a gorgeous 3 stone aquamarine ring for my 50th birthday, as it’s my birthstone and favourite stone. The ring is great quality and the customer service I received from Matthew was fantastic. Delivery was next day, after my ring was made and delivered to them, and they communicated this brilliantly. Will definitely be using Lloyd Family Jewellers again.

My wife had been looking for some time through jewellers for a certain style of ring with no success. So totally out of our comfort zone we looked on line and found the perfect ring from Lloyds. I sent an enquiry at 8 o’clock at night not expecting a reply til the following working day. However I had a reply within 20 mins. That was on Tuesday 21/4/26 the following day I placed an order for the ring it was a birthday gift for my wife. Her birthday was on Friday 24/4/26. Short notice to say the least nevertheless the ring arrived in time. For all of the above reasons I feel that Lloyds family jewellers deserve a 5 star review. I would also like to send a special thank you to Mathew I’m only 1 small customer but I received his full attention.

Amazing online family jewellers. I looked everywhere to find my wife a ring. The website came up in google, and I found the perfect ring, at a really good price. I ordered on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday. I received an email saying they had received my order. Then I received an email from Matthew saying he was my dedicated sales and service contact, which was a nice touch. I had an exact design in mind for my wedding band and found Lloyds Family Jewellery while shopping around. I'm super appreciative of the detailed videos they have on the ring showing clearly all the different sizes and widths of a particular design which along with the great competitive price gave me the confidence to lock in the order. I reached to then on WhatsApp to get an idea of turnaround times and got a pleasant prompt response back saying they had my specification and could ship within a few days. My wife wanted a ruby and diamond ring that she saw on the Lloyds Family Jewellery website site. Unfortunately they were sold out but Lloyds offered to make one in her size for what we considered to be a very reasonable price. The ring has just been delivered ahead of schedule and my wife is very pleased with it.
